Thanks Maman I think I will stick to what I know for the time being,as you know I am not a big fan of veggies. I just thought perhaps once in a while I can leave out potatoes in the hope I may lose a bit more.:D
You know I am a diabetic and need to have some sort of carbs at each meal is there any other carb than potatoes that is allowed on EE SP. :)

Not really, however I'd consder things like baked beans, peas, etc. as quite carby (correct me if I;m wrong) and are allowed in SP.

Hi all, congrats to the 'losers'!

I'm not doing very well this week, but still more in control than before I started SW.

Could anyone tell me about syns in coconut oil (the one in a 1cal spray like Fry Light)? Our consultant says you can use fry light freely, and that is a 1cal spray so I'm hoping the coconut oil one is also free or very low syn.

I found a recipe for finely chopped cauliflower with eggs fried in coconut oil and want to try it, using the spray.

Must do plenty of exercise this weekend. Hoping I don't gain before Monday's weigh in!

Congratulations to those who have lost and well done to those who have gained a new shiney.

Haven't been on much as DH has been away for a few days so I have been mega busy. My lurgy seems to have come back again. I only finished my antib's last friday and lo and behold the raging sore throat came back on wednesday.

mumof2 sorry to hear your news - hugs and take care of yourself.

I weighed in this morning and -3lbs :jI think I am finally getting my head around the plan and into better habits.

The weekend is often my downfall however I am going to try extra hard this week!

    Well done Rummer :T

Well done to the losers especially the ones with shinies :T
Hugs to those in need :A

Im not looking forward to the scales at wi as had a rubbish week. Felt rough for most of it and ate rubbish to compensate. Today I have spent standing on the touch line in the snow and icy wind. Think im getting the lurg all over again either that or a touch of hypothermia. Sinuses still blocked and throat like sand paper, now nose is drippy again too. Hubby had day off as hes got it too. we are a right pair :(

About to eat more rubbish cos im hungry and theres white rolls calling me :o.

Hope you both feel better tomorrow TIE

I don't know the brand but if it's one cal per spray then it should work exactly the same as Frylight.

I'd agree with that and they have the benefit of being full of protein so perfect for a version of EESP. I know that's not recommended for diabetics but it's not meant to be an everyday thing for anybody. I've just been having a very occasional SP day and an SP meal a bit more often (like omelette or soup). HEBs are carbs too and also syns in extra bread/crackers/biscuits etc.

    Morning all :)

Well done everyone who has lost this week, commiserations to anyone struggling, keep going it will work eventually.

I weighed myself again this morning and I'd lost so I'm hoping for a better result next Friday - only one meal out planned for this week so less opportunity to be tempted by naughties.

Have a great weekend, onwards and downwards! :D
