I had a fabulous spa day today with some friends. Unfortunately when we arrived they told us they were running a bit behind but had organised hot chocolate (with marshmallows and whipped cream) and chocolate biscuit cake for us in the lounge while we waited. I'm dreading the scales on Sunday now! (It was yummy though

2.5lb off for me Shala.
I'm actually feeling a little disappointed, was hoping for a stronger result in my first week0 -
Hiya, happe and MrsMuffin.
Well done, mumoftwo. Thinking of you at this difficult time.
Well done, blinkered, tweets, Penny, shala, iwannanicerlife and Sally.
Maman, congrats on finding your style – and enjoying it!
meg, that’s brilliant. You are a credit to yourself.
Off to Madrid tomorrow, so signing off until Tuesday, so I shall declare an STS for Monday, shala. (congrats on the shiney, btw). That might not be the best idea really as I’ve been in holiday mode today already.
Anyway, you lot, don’t do as I say, not as I do and behave yourselves. Good luck.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Sorry you feel disappointed but 2.5lbs is good loss :T do you think you followed plan to the letter?
Pop your menu's up each day if you want opinions or ask away if you need any ideas or pointers.
Well stupidly OH and i decided on a chinese last night for tea - not the lovely sausage casserole i'd planned - it was horrible. We had it from the ready meal section not the takeaway so not as many syns as it would have been  i didn't eat some of mine as it was just making me feel sick, i think it was all a bit sweet!
I've also woke up this morning with a banging headache, a poorly tummy and every time i think about it i gag a bit.. so lesson learnt i think!!
Gutted as i loved a nice chinese takeaway...
So today - back on plan - green day as we're going veggie for the day
B - banana (eating lightly for my tummy!)
L - pizza toasts (hea/b) with onion, pepper and cheese, salad
T - veggie sausage casserole, onions, carrots, mash, gravy (2)
S - crisps (4.5) milk (2) melon pieces
have a good day everyone xxxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
