Finally caught up with today's posts!

Like your style Mildredd! I'm exactly the same with the "tighter tummy" DVD, LOL! I've watched it but not done it. Had it about 2 years now:rotfl:

WI this morning and I've lost 1lb this week. Pretty pleased with that but thought it might have been a bit more after being good this week!

Wiz - i think there's a list on page 1 - tweets posted the picture. I can't see it though as i'm at work and can't view pictures or do a link.. think it's post 3 of this thread.

Well i'm off to class this evening to get weighed, think i've done ok for once! can't decide whether or not to stay for image therapy.. we might get snowed in! Although the weather man has completely lied to us again, we have been predicted heavy snow but no sign of any, just rain and then a quick flurry! :( don't like driving in it but i'd like a snow day tomorrow!!:D

    laters xx

After a difficult couple of weeks, I've decided to switch to doing all green days this week.

    Yesterday
B: Raisin wheats & skim milk
L: Mug shot peri peri noodle
T: SW Asparagus quiche, pepperonata (peppers, onions, tomatoes), mange tout
Icecream (9.5), chocolate sauce (3), banana
Snacks: Hifi bar, 4 laughing cow triangles, 2 apples

    Today
B: Raisin wheats & skim milk
L: Small wholemeal roll, 25g cheddar, lighter mayo (0.5), lettuce, flora light (0.5)
    T: SW asparagus quiche, pepperonata
Snacks: Cherries, grapes, apple, hifi bar (3), muller light toffee

I am feeling more motivated again, fingers crossed for a good loss this week.

Wizkid - which Ryvita are you having? They vary depending on flavour? Original and Dark Rye are definitely only 1.5 syns each.
