Morning all.... hope you're all ok
i hope i lose 0.5lb this week :rotfl: if that's the pattern everyone's having then i'm happy to follow it. I'm proper in a mood as i weighed at home last night and it's saying i've put on!!
I know i shouldn't weigh at home but i like to see my progress (or lack of it) but then i spend all night in a mood if i put on! Poor OH...
Right so maybe my challenge this week is NOT to weigh at home and have a happy week!!
So todays menu is EE
B - melon, quark, choc shot (1)
L - pasta bake, meatballs
T - fish, roast butternut squash, salad, pickles
S - crisps (4.5) banana, satsumas
Bit low on speed foods for lunch but hopefully i make up for it on my tea...
Have a good day xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Wow, it's really been a run of half pound losses!
Repeat after me - 'A loss is a loss'; 'It's going in the right direction'; 'I am not grumpy that I couldn't even get a whole pound!' :rotfl:

I think that this is where I'm going wrong - although I'm following 'the rules' I can still eat too much.
I don't think its wrong, however I know for a fact if I followed the rules and ate as much as I wanted, I could gain weight. You see it a lot on people's breakfasts, whole tin of beans, etc.
I try and eat enough until the next meal or until I go to bed, as time has passed this has been less food and I've cut out snacks, etc. So today
B: Mullerlight and 35g of Oats (HEB)
L: Chicken Tikka Subway Salad (5 syns estimate), 2 Satsumas, apple, mullerlight
T: Philadelphia Chicken Breast, potato, salad (HEA), Crunchie
I won't be stuffed after tea, but I won't be hungry, It'll be a small chicken breast and one smallish potatos worth.
I could eat 2 chicken breasts, 2 large jacket potatoes, loads of salad, but how much weight am I going to lose at this stage?0 -

Yes I got my 3 stone sticker, and I got my free Club 10 week! So 4.5 pounds to my next sticker!
I've been robbed of SOTM magnet three times, when I won I couldn't have it because I was on holiday, the next month I should have won but the computer said no (I missed the first week so it refused my 6lb lost over the fortnight), the third time I won it but she never gave me a magnet.0 -
greentiger wrote: »lantanna, thank you – you are a life saver. I googled it and got the 2.5. There was no mention of bar or sweetie and I didn’t even know a sweetie version existed!!!!! Having dug out the wrapper of this toty wee thing, I think it is 9 syns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek: So definitely not worth it. Sorry if I’ve led anyone else astray.
BTW, I’m so sorry you’re feeling miserable; thank you :A for taking care of the rest of us, especially under the circumstances.
Awh thank you, if only they were 2.5 syns for a bar:rotfl:. Sadly not though! I wonder how many other people think that the sweet is the bar on the website and are happily scoffing them lol
I do love a raspberry ruffle though!0 -
Jocks I am the proud owner of a slimmer of the month fridge magnet and a miss slinky fridge magnet. You should go and ask her for one when it comes around again!
Meg - Hope you enjoyed the fish, you deserved it!
Well done losers even the 0.5 lbers, im praying for nothing more than a 0.5 gain this week.
Don't know what is wrong with me really don't. I've come some far but yet seem to have lost all motivation now and just don't care and craving the bad stuff all the time.
Can't commit too anything right now at all, just hoping to not gain anymore whilst I get my head sorted out. It all just seems to feel like a big of a chore right now. And for various reasons I am not at all feeling the love for SW or my consultant right now. Heck I was even looking at WW classes last week just to get something new and fresh. The U Turn in preaching from eat as much spuds etc as you like to now lets cut them out has really really put me off SW as well as all the other things they've changed.
Saw an article in the Daily Mail yesterday saying that virtually all of the Biggest Loser contestants have regained their weight from all of the series. Bit depressing really0 -
Good morning lovelies, happy to report a 2.5 lb loss:j
Just the boost I need to keep me going this week. So days food looks like this -
Breakfast - 2 x toast (HEXB), light chive philly (HEXA), Greek yog (1/2), NAS Ribena
Lunch - leftover SW spag bol, with a side of broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms, Muller light
Dinner - roast chicken, SW chips, roasted tomatoes, onions, courgettes.
Syns - crisps tonight! (probably Quavers)
Away to read and catch up. Take care all x0 -
I'm still lurking; not had a good week at all
I am expecting a gain tomorrow
I am kicking myself as I promised myself I wouldn't slide in to old habits and I have at the drop of a hat. New day and all that. Yesterday I was good except for a few peanut m&ms fell in to my mouth.
Today I am being strict on myself and I will continue to be until I am behaving better towards myself!
Today:
breakfast: 2 wheat biscuits (HeB), 125ml hot milk (from HeA) and a few strawberries. huge cup of Earl Grey with 50ml milk (from HeA)
mid morning: sweet clem
Lunch: jacket potato, reduced sugar and salt baked beans, lettuce, baby tomatoes, cucumber, pickled red cabbage, hard boiled egg. followed by a few strawberries and another sweet clem
mid afternoon: few green grapes
Tea: we have training until 7pm tonight then will head home after that so I'm not sure yet. I may just have beans on a slice of kingsmill great white (5syns) or a couple of potato waffles. will be strict on bf too and say no to fast food as we had it 2/3 times last week!
Having seen the list of ready meals/SW items that are supposed to be coming to Iceland I can't wait for the bags of syn free sausages and meatballs! will be testing the sausages out in casseroles etcI love sausages but rarely have them as the low sys ones are always expensive round here

Am the same as you I think lush.. So easy to fall back into those old habits isn't it! If I don't gain tomorrow it will be a miracle.. The days have ran out for me 'to get back on track' this week - might be the kick up the bum I need tbh?
SW twitter asked for pics of extra easy meals yesterday.. Seems they liked my sea bass as they posted it on FB and Instagram
Did a pesto herby crusted cod last night with minted peas, was lovely.. Iceland £4 for the fish and there's 5 nice sized pieces in the bag, definitely getting more!
