Great losses still rolling in tonight. Well done everyone :T Congratulations Jpscloud on SOTW :j and jock on getting SOTW and I take it you got your 3st shiney? The fridge magnets are rubbish anyway - they keep falling onto floor.
Atm greentiger I'm doing a cross stitch cushion - made up of 4 Keep Calm designs. Quite basic really - that's until I have to make the cushion up as I'm not very confident when it comes to proper sewing. :rotfl:
DH was making coated chicken (scanbran, herbs and spices) only to find we didn't have sufficient scanbran so he tried some Dark Rye Ryvita in its place and it worked :j Good substitute and cheaper - approximately 79p in Home Bargains.
Oh well I think I may have sufficient syns left for a hot choccie before bed.

Well done everyone on their losses! thanks for posting the chart very inspiring seeing the combined weight loss.
I am joining crabapple, djenks and others in the having lost -0.5lb club (apologies I am not good at remembering names at the moment I had my little boy in June and have noticed since I returned to work earlier this month my memory for names seems to be reduced!)
I am actually quite pleased with having had -0.5lb as last week had an afternoon tea (friend bought it as a groupon voucher for us to go together as my birthday treat) I eat much less than I would of pre slimming world but still did not count syns.
I also had a night out and had 2 large glasses of wine that took me over my syns that day!
Last week I ran out of Weetabix so most days had shreddies instead, at group they had little Tupperware tubs showing what a healthy b portion of shreddies is and as I had been guessing I realised my bowl full is about 3 times the portion that I should have been having. OOOOPs I am giving up shreddies and having fruit and 2 hi fi bars for breakfast this week.
My menu today has been
2 Weetabix with water and sweetener (healthy
roast beef, salad, tomatoes, bag of baby carrots (Tesco fruit
bowl - strawberries, blackberries and grapes)
smoked cod, sweetcorn, beetroot and pickled onions then strawberry muller light)
3 hi fi bars (9 syns), 2 oranges, black coffee

Checking in with a whopping -0.5lb. Seems to be quite a popular number this week!
Ah sure better off than on eh
I've not had a really good week but nothing really bad either. Anyway, fully back on the wagon
I got a box of the new rhubarb & custard bars today and they seem quite nice & a change from all the chocolate ones. Only had a taste in group as they had some cut up to try but hope a whole one isn't too sickening iykwim.
Shala - thanks so much for the chart, you're an :A
Greentiger - Raspberry ruffle sweets = lush, but not worth the syns imo
Meg - congrats on getting back to target :j
Congrats to everyone who has managed a loss this week or stayed within their target range :j
Welcome to any new folk :wave:0 -
Well done Meg :j

Evening folks.
Its been an up and down day for me today. Started off fine with my porridge and a cuppa. A banana and clementine during the morning and then went to mums to collect the wee one at lunch time.
She had a sandwich ready for me!
2 thick slice of seeded bread, buttered with salad, beetroot, ham and coleslaw all piled in! I dread to think.....I had to eat it though. It did scupper me this afternoon though and I carried on when I came home and picked at some cashews and then had my dinner (which was fine - turkey, cabbage and turnip and carrot mash). However, not to be content at that I've gone and eaten a bag of sunbites. Noooooooooooo!!!!!!!
This is not easy...however, tomorrow is another day. Working all day so taking soup in for lunch and have lifted salmon out the freezer for dinner.
Roll on Day 4! I'm ready for you.First ever SW challenge 2015: 0/70Watch this space!0 -
Hello. As it became commonfor this year, I haven't been on much last week.
I would like to declare STS for the weigh in. I actually weighed yesterday, and it showed 100g less than last week, but I am on holiday and I don't think this loss should count for anything!
See you all next week! Keep losing and keep on plan all!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
