I might buy a five week plan next week, save me a fiver and it'll mean I don't need to remember to have a load of cash each week. Just a quid for the raffle
Sorry Jock but no credit if you don't need the full 10 weeks! I had the same problem, I was losing so slowly and thought a 12 week countdown would be a good idea and I got to target in 6 or 7 weeks! It's the same if you don't book holiday for any of the weeks during the countdown if you take it you lose it.
Well done on to all the losers & STSers and commiserations to the gainers. There seems to be loads of losses this week so far.
Was going to do a Green day today but one of DH's colleagues gave him a brace of pheasant yesterday so we're having devilled pheasant breasts for dinner tonight - bang goes my green day! Hopefully tomorrow!
So another EE day today:
B - porridge made with water, yoghurt, maple syrup (0.5); melon chunks
L - LO roast beef, pickles & salad
D - devilled pheasant breasts; rice with crispy onion bits, cumin seeds & cardamon
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - porridge
Syns: maple syrup (0.5); lolly (3) or pink 'n' white (2.5) later
Have a good day everyone.

b_e_g congrats on your loss and looking at your sig you're doing amazingly :j
My WI tonight. Hoping for a small loss as I have been good. Maybe 96% anyway and the other bit hasn't been totally off plan.
Yesterday I did go to costa though. Had my americano rather than the latte I would have had in the past. Didn't manage not to order a cake but I did share it with toddler
Thanks Crabapple. Just dawned on me last night when I updated siggy that I am only 1.5lb off my next bit of bling. Got two weeks to next wi - will I get it then - who knows :rotfl:Morning everyone, weigh in for me tonight. For once not dreading the scales  Thrown a bit of a curve ball last night. Got invited to a big 'do' in April, heard 'just a friend' bloke is going to be there so the healthy eating is ON!! It's an afternoon into night event and blokey may only ever be a just a friend but I want to blow his socks off looking cool, collected and chic:D
This is going to take considerable effort, trust me:rotfl: but it's definitely given me a bit of oomph to stay on track.
Great to have something to aim for Jellybaby. Stick to it and knock his bloomin socks off.

Thanks for the info, I don't think I'll bother with a 5 week plan then, OK I'll save some cash but it would seem to be a risk.0

You cook some lovely recipes denise, maybe they should have spoken to you before doing the Iceland ready meals. It's amazing what can be adapted for SW.Yesterday I did go to costa though. Had my americano rather than the latte I would have had in the past. Didn't manage not to order a cake but I did share it with toddler
I always have Americano with hot milk (hate cold coffee) or tea when I go to coffee shops. There's often a choice of milk too. I'm surprised you've got the energy to eat with the broken sleep.:)Morning everyone, weigh in for me tonight. For once not dreading the scales  Thrown a bit of a curve ball last night. Ooooh! I love hearing about challenges! Is it a posh frock do?
I know I'm a bore but remember that pineapple and banana aren't Speed food any more and your S food seem to stop at supper time! Trust me they'll really help your weightloss.:)I'm feeling proper rubbish today have a sinus infection and one side of my face is up like a balloon, totally overtired, cranky and my triceps are that sore from Body pump on Friday night I can hardly move! Throw time of the month into the mix and ex being an asshat and I am one happy camper!!!! I need to go to bed for about a week no joke.
Came out with a sweet potato and strawberries def a NSV for me for now.:rotfl:
This is certainly not your week lantanna, glad you have that little NSV oasis in the middle of everything. Just do a beanie.:)
My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: LO mince, potatoes and vegchicken stir fry (peppers, onions, carrots, mange tout, bean sprouts, green beans, mushrooms) with rice
Syns: squirt of HP and then depends on how I make stir fry sauce, thinking maybe some honey as DH likes that.0 -

S: 4 x DF chocolate
Slept a little better last night. Got a pile of ironing to get through today and oranges to prepare for marmalade making.
Jellybaby its great to have something to work towards. So far I have, a Valentines Ball, a dance weekend in April, a 60th birthday party and a Graduation in July to keep me going. I'm going to the Valentines Ball with my sister who is super slim and has been dancing for years. The skirt I'm planning to wear would look better if I lost a few more pounds.Weight loss 0/2st

We'd better buddy up then Joho!!:). I may change tack this week and weigh at home this week. When I went to SW before they always discouraged this but at least you can see what's happening.
It was f f f freezing here today and I forced myself out to do my daily walk and I didn't meet one other person out walking. That's another thing that bugs me ..... People I talk to at SW lose weight and do no exercise at all!!!
I'm sorry your progress is slow too.
I'm giving EESP a go now. I never liked the idea that you could eat as much carbs as you wanted to fill up. I know you still have some carbs on EESP (like my porridge in the morn and maybe Ryvita for lunch) but I was eating cous cous, rice and pasta and am convinced they made me sluggish and tired. I'll give this a good go and see how it goes.
Good luck everyone. If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.0 -

Do you mean the devilled pheasant? Have to say I haven't tried it before so not sure whether I'll like it or not:rotfl: Although looking forward to the rice with crispy onion bits & spices:D
I needed something to change the flavour of the pheasant as I've only had it casseroled before and didn't like it particularly but hoping this will be better as it hasn't been hung so shouldn't be so gamely!
I just googled pheasant breast recipes and went through them until I found something I could adapt using stuff I have in as I'm stuck indoors today waiting for a parcel that has to be signed for!
As the weather is quite nice I decided to get a bit of BM in and have spent an hour in the garden digging! Haven't actually done much as the ground is still quite wet underneath and very heavy (clay soil). Still at least I've made a start on it and spent an hour in the fresh air.
I always have Americano with hot milk (hate cold coffee) or tea when I go to coffee shops. There's often a choice of milk too. I'm surprised you've got the energy to eat with the broken sleep.:)
If I have a drink while I'm out it's always an Americano as I only drink black coffee. Although I try not to have a drink when I'm out unless it's been planned, like when we go away for weekends.

The stir fry sauce sounds lovely with the honey - how do you make it?
