    Well done b_e_g :T

Had a filck thru that book last week, looks some good recipes in it

We are having a taster too, free food being the theme.. Will have to get my thinking cap on!

Hearing the new Hifi's are very sweet.. Have we had anyone try them yet?

Tried a little bit of one of the new Rhubard and Custard bars - very nice but very sweet but that is sometimes what you need. :D

Wiz - Overnight Oats - 35g porridge oats, fat free yog, frozen berries (thats what I use) and some sweetener. Layer the ingredients up - cover and leave overnight in fridge for brekkie next day and it is gorgeous. I dont even bother thawing my fruits I just bung them all in. Lidl has decent sized bags of frozen berries in for just over £2 and the fruits are nice and big.

iwannanicerlife - we have challenge, usually around 8 weeks. We decide how much we would like to lose in that time and each week we post our result (in big bold red text if poss) and our lovely Shala comes along and puts our results on a chart. We are about half way through the current challenge but if you would like to join in - just say how much you would like to lose til the end and I am sure Shala will be only too pleased to add you onto the Challenge. :D

    Morning lovelies!

b_e_g congrats on your loss and looking at your sig you're doing amazingly :j

My WI tonight. Hoping for a small loss as I have been good. Maybe 96% anyway and the other bit hasn't been totally off plan.

Yesterday I did go to costa though. Had my americano rather than the latte I would have had in the past. Didn't manage not to order a cake but I did share it with toddler :o

I've got much less to lose now so it's likely to be slow and steady, so long as I don't go wild. Got hubby's birthday this weekend but I have a plan for lunch and will forego the garlic bread that comes with a lovely meal...

Baby is not sleeping at the moment. Toddler was up twice last night (but she calls for daddy!), baby was up 4/5 times, I actually lost count :(

  • Morning everyone!

The start of Day 3 for me today. I only work til lunch time on a Tuesday so have lifted out a tub of soup to heat when I come home. Instead of tidying the dining room as planned last night, I cleaned all the veg for tonight so Turkey, cabbage, turnip and carrot mash for me and the boys can have some potatoes with theirs. I will have some cranberry sauce though as it would be rude not too!
I've had porridge for brekkie and have a banana and clementine for elevenses!

Stood on the scales this morning - another addiction I need to break but one step at a time. I wont post as I don't weigh in til Sunday but looking very positive. I know the first week is a lot of fluid and boy do I know it. lol

Anyway, off to work now so have a great day everyone and catch up this evening. x

Morning everyone, weigh in for me tonight. For once not dreading the scales  Thrown a bit of a curve ball last night. Got invited to a big 'do' in April, heard 'just a friend' bloke is going to be there so the healthy eating is ON!! It's an afternoon into night event and blokey may only ever be a just a friend but I want to blow his socks off looking cool, collected and chic:D

This is going to take considerable effort, trust me:rotfl: but it's definitely given me a bit of oomph to stay on track.

    Anyway, todays food -

Before work - Greek yog (1/2), banana and peppermint tea
Breakfast - toast (HEXB) with bacon medallions, mushrooms and tomatoes
Lunch - tuna with loads of salad, beetroot and gerkins. Muller light, pineapple and strawberries
Dinner - after weigh in SW cola chicken and rice. May use some syns for caramel toffee ice-cream as a treat.

Away to read back, you lot don't half blether. Take care all x

Edit: just realised I'm not using HEXA so may have a milky coffee with dinner too

Greentiger - Check your Raspberry Ruffle syns, as far as I am aware it is the round individually wrapped ones that you get in a bag that are 2.5 syns. The bars are more! Maybe its one of the individually wrapped round ones you are having though?

I'm feeling proper rubbish today have a sinus infection and one side of my face is up like a balloon, totally overtired, cranky and my triceps are that sore from Body pump on Friday night I can hardly move! Throw time of the month into the mix and ex being an asshat and I am one happy camper!!!! I need to go to bed for about a week no joke.

Jellybaby, sounds fab, love that when you get something to spur you on and motivate you! That's exactly what I need right now.

Managed to go to Lidl last night and walk past the Chocolate and not even look, I did look at crisps but gave myself a talking to in the Aisle.

Came out with a sweet potato and strawberries def a NSV for me for now.:rotfl:
  • Weigh in for me tonight, I think I've managed to salvage the week after the giant cherry bakewell incident. Well it was just a bakewell for me as my son ate the cherry and the icing.

I keep a daily log my my weight, to see how I'm doing and I've done it long before I started SW so use it as my comparison. Down to 13st 6lb, which is my lowest ever weight by 4lbs.

Not sure about getting a 10 week course, I think I might be at target weight in less than 10 weeks, so what happens? Do I keep it as credit?

I might buy a five week plan next week, save me a fiver and it'll mean I don't need to remember to have a load of cash each week. Just a quid for the raffle

Jocks as far as I know you would just lose the remaining ones. Its the same if you take holidays during your countdown you lose the weeks.
