Evening All
Had a busy weekend cleaning and tidying in the house. Let the kids loose and it looks almost as bad again :rotfl:. At least I know that all the nooks and crannies are clean and the layer of toys over the living room is all new
Well done on the losses, and on a STS after your anniversary celebrations gonesouth :T And well done on all those years!
Loving Shala's post with tips and positivity.
I have one more week of maternity leave and then back to the officeI had workwear in size 18/20 (and maternity clothes in similar) from before but have chucked it. Today I went shopping for some black trousers & tops and what I bought was size 12
Cannot believe that it fits me and looks good - can't ever remember being a 12. Despite the disbelief and shock at these clothes going on and fitting nicely I'm all :j:j:j

Oh I love a chip supper! Haven't had a proper one since my own anniversary back in August although I'm wavering. I'm going to plan one for when I've had a really good week. Whenever that happens!! :rotfl:
The chip van comes to our village on Fridays and last week I felt soooo like some that I went, but only bought myself a fish; big disappointment tho' - when I removed all the batter (blech, soggy and horrible, no problems not eating that) the fish was bland and pretty tasteless. I had to cover it with salt & vinegar. I think what I really wanted was chips!! Resisted them.
BTW, the dodgy smiley used to be called 'threesome' when you ran the mouse over it, I think it's now called 'group hug'. Much better!!
Fantastic about those size 12s, Crabapple! Well done.0 -

Glad you enjoyed the magazine Jock.. I think they've tried to tailor it a bit more to the gentleman with their own section now. my OH thinks it's quite inspiring when he can see other fella's that were the same weight as he was.. and what they've achieved.Good evening everyone, this is my Monday menu plan....

Wiz, there are a few choices
Green - you'd have to syn your bacon, but everything else is fine
EE - you'd have to syn the porridge or ryvita as you've got 2 hebs
SP - you'd have to swap out your banana and you'd have to up your Speed foods in your dinner so they were 1/2 - I think the beans and veggie sausages are both P foods.. so unless you have very small portions of these and massive portions of beetroot:D you're not 50:50
Hope that helps and doesn't confuse..
crabapple - great NSV!!!!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
