Thank you! Is this like If I eat it standing up it doesn't count? Or if I eat it in the car when I buy petrol it doesn't have any calories? Is it any wonder I have 5 stone to lose! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Good job I have only one anniversary a year, there's a clear stretch now until birthdays in April, time I got my backside in gear! XX

    1stbusiness - I love your avatar :D

Happy birthdays.. happy anniversaries and happy weekend! :D

Had a good on-plan day yesterday so I was pleased with myself when I went to bed.. hopefully i'll manage another today.. I'm now trying to be mindful of speed foods so my meals we're at least 1/3 speed foods :T:A even though i'm doing red..

Food - red day again today

B - strawberries, quark, choc shot and nut shot thing (2.5)
L - ham, cheese and salad sandwich (heb & 0.5 hea) carrot and beetroot salad, crisps (4.5)
T - roast chicken, jacket potato, cheese (hea) big salad
    S - milk in tea (0.5 hea) alpen (3)

I used a scraping of quark on my sandwich instead of butter, so saved some syns there. I don't usually have much so I couldn't taste it at all but it just moistened the bread a little.

some photos here of my meals today

My single yorkie was delicious and worth the Syns!! Made me laugh as we've had a Yorkie and a Yorkie X over the years.:rotfl:

I made SW rice pudding with unsweetened Almond milk and it was gorgeous. I notice they're advertising this on TV at the moment .... Half the calories of skimmed milk. We've been having it for a couple of years now but I only buy it when its on offer for £1 a carton.

Sainsbobs had the BD Almond Milk on 3 for £3 when we did our shop on Fridays Penny. Hth.

Friday was mine and my husbands anniversay :D.We had a day at the seaside, fish and chips{ssh} and cheesecake and chocolate! Oh dear! We had a lovely day, chatting about whats happened in the last almost 40 years, it's a miracle we're still together really! :):)

Congratulations to you both Gone South. I know how you feel we will be celebrating 37 yrs in April ;) :rotfl: Oh fish and chips - keep fancying them but if I got them and they weren't very nice I would still eat them all rather than chucking them out. Daren't take the chance iykwim :rotfl:

Got my b'day next Mon and then no celebrations til last week in March when DH and I are having a night away, then the 1st April is our anniversary (I know dont laugh) and then its DH's b'day a couple of weeks later so I can see a few off plans days then. Oh well I will just have to deal with it, enjoy then get back on the SW wagon.

Silly question - when does afternoon become evening. Waiting for someone to collect an item from auction and they said it would be afternoon - just wondering how long I am going to have to wait (not that I am am an impatient soul you understand) :rotfl:

(Even though I did start the day with 4 chicken balls :( ) Don't know really how to syn them... anyone? But i've been looking at pictures and rethinking back to the reasons I started SW and i've got that determination back! :A

Syns online says that M&S chicken balls are 1.5 syns each but that seems far too healthy! I'd say perhaps 10 syns for 4 to be safe.

Oh I love a chip supper! Haven't had a proper one since my own anniversary back in August although I'm wavering. I'm going to plan one for when I've had a really good week. Whenever that happens!! :rotfl:

I decided to join online will see how the first 3 months goes and decide then to keep it or not, I have printed out the booklet thingy and am going to start tomorrow (think I have lots of reading to do first to try and get my head round it), I also ordered the food directory so that should help me out. Need to sort out some sort of meal plan for tomorrow and Tues as I am nightshift both nights and wont have a chance to go shopping properly till at least Thurs. I have plenty of fresh friut and frozen veg in also have tinned toms, beans, eggs, tuna so will see what i can adapt to fit in with the plan.
