    Bad old day today.
Just checking in to try and keep my sanity.
Spent the whole day in tears- and I know my mum meant well when she tried to coax me into having a salad but I just wanted a tuna stottie and a corned beef Pastie, I didn't want a salad. I won.
Been half on, half off plan today but my heart not in it today. My sig should explain why :(
Hope everyone's ok, sorry for my black mood xx

So sorry you are hurting and hope the pastie helped a little bit its really hard to stay on plan when you are needing comfort we just
have to do the best we can.

If it would help to talk about your loss we are all here to help each other no need to apologise for a black mood hun.

Bitterly, bitterly disappointed. :( Stayed the same this week and it's only my second week ....... This time around.

Stuck to EE, weighed, synned everything and walked miles this week. I just don't get it. Every time I've done SW this same pattern develops ..... Lose a couple of pounds, stay the same for a few week, lose half a pound, stay the same for weeks and so on.

It is just so unfair!!!:cry:

Penny, I feel your pain. I also find it very hard to lose even when I'm 100% and it's quite disheartening. Easy to put on, tough to take off. BUT if you look back at what you've done this week - brilliant. I don't think it follows that you lose weight just coz you have a 'good' week, sometimes there is a delay and I'm sure if you stick with it you'll see a good loss next week. I am trying to focus for two weeks without being too influenced by the number on the scales and will see how I've done at the end of the two weeks. If I don't like what the scales say some mornings, I say to myself 'it doesn't count until the end of the two weeks' I am trying to cut out sugar, it's the thing that sabotages my plans every time.

    Hang in there!

As I often am, I was full of good intentions when I left group this week and started the next day with great plans of staying on track. It didn't last long ....... I stayed the same at weigh in

My favourite trick is to be relatively good with my food but then eat too many chocolate syns.

Yesterday I decided I needed to get out of work at lunchtime so I went to the local caf! and had a pannini plus bought cake but did have sw chips, meadlions of bacon and fried eggs for tea. We won't mention the Danish I had for my second breakfast !!

Today I've had some of the leftover bacon in some bread but not HEB bread, I bought a fresh granary loaf from the bakery counter yesterday so two slices as thin as I could slice from that. I feel bad for cheating but I begrudge wasting money by not making use of what I've bought.

I'm planning on salad for lunch - and not sure on tea. I'm very glad its Friday.

Have a good day all xx

Yep Eric, I think there are a few of us in that club! Problem is once I start with something like one small Kinder bar.

Really there is no such thing as one Kinder bar..

NOOOOO! I didn't know this - how can they take it away? I'll have to start eating real chocolate oranges instead

Going to try really hard this week, see if I can reach my stone sticker.. i'm having my hair cut tomorrow so that'll be 1 lb won't it :rotfl:

Good luck with your stone shiny Shala, and I'm sure the haircut will do it for you :D

Well done to everyone losing, and hugs to those that haven't.

Two days into my latest SW week now. Slightly over on syns each day but only by a couple (snacking :o). So want a good week so I can banish my gain weeks from the online graph and see that the end is in sight. Well, the start of maintaining - not the end ;)

Pennylane , you are just like me. I have been like you since 2012 and in all that time I think I have lost about 6 lb I feel awfully jealous when someone loses 3 lb never mind my measly 1lbs and at the most 2 lb. usually it's 1lb on STS 1lb off STS 1lb on and so on most of the time I stick to it and I never lose much. Oh, the odd times I deviate and have an extra biscuit or bread. And it gets so frustrating when others deviate and lose. Ah well, if that's how it's is for us we shall have to put up with it or get fat and stay fat. I for one don't want to do that. So, I will keep plodding on regardless. I hope you will do the same. X :T
