Afternoon All, hope you're staying warm and safe.
I had a really weird lunch today-leftover cauliflower cheese, and 4 falafels! Twas surprisingly nice. Too much cheese in the sauce though!
Congratulations to SeeBee on SOTW! And to all the other 'losers' [sounds weird, ], very well done, you're all an inspiration.
Well done Jock on the shirt sizing,
I need to keep losing weight, or I won't be able to wear my new[in the sales] knee boots, they're a bit snug to zip up and I don't want to banjax the zip! I've damaged boot zips this way before, previous experience!
Chin up to all the stayed the samers and those who've gained, the scenic route is fine, we'll all get there in the end.
I'm off now to tidy my drawers! Got some drawer lining paper, so it'll keep me out of the kitchen for a bit! X0 -
Afternoon all, just back from taking OH to eye infirmary for a minor op.
Menu:
B: Buckwheat flakes & BD milk. Coffee.
L: Spicy bean burger and peas. TeaLasagne, green beans & sweetcorn. Tea.
S: 6 x DF chocolate and cocoa.
May be having a games night tonight before DD2 returns to Uni so must avoid the goodies.Weight loss 0/2st

WI for me today and pleased to report I lost half a pound! I'm really pleased with that as it means I've survived all the meals out by eating really well in between, including some SP meals.
LO gammon is all sliced up in meal portions in the freezer and lentil soup also in freezer.
I called into Asda to fill up car and got some meat while I was there including boneless pork shoulder at £2 per kg and 5% mince (cheapest way is 750kg pack for £5.16).durham_mim wrote: »Afternoon all, just back from taking OH to eye infirmary for a minor op.

I know you have intolerances mim but really need a few more Speed foods if you can think of some for an EE day.
My EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Shreddies, HEA milk
L: lentil and veg soupchilli (tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, carrots) with rice and peas
Syns: hopefully none!!0 -
Time caught up with me earlier and had to dash out to pick DH up from work!
Had an amazing loss of 2.5lb this morning, really pleased as it means I'm back into target range and not having to pay again!

Hey I started dieting as I am getting married in June
was 102.4kg on the 1st Jan now 97.9kg
I follow a simple process - 6 small meals a day every 2 hours, from 8am to 6pm, usually by 9pm im starving but I fight it off lol then gym 3-4 times a week depending on how much time I have, that's a mixture of cardio 30-40mins and weights around 30mins.
my aim is to get to around 85-90kg by the wedding, as i know it easier to lose in the beginning. Good luck all! be strong and think of yourself in the summer on a beach, nude or bikini whatever you decide0 -
It keeps disappearing !!! Good evening fellow S/W peeps:cool:
I have had a fairly reasonable day today :T. I hope tomorrow will be even better:D. I have to confess I have had a Great White lovely crust with Lurpak lightest. Bread and potatoes mean as much to me as sweets and chocolates mean to others.
Bread and spuds are my downfall. But, being a diabetic I have to have carbs but not too many lol :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Some days I don't have potatoes but usually have bread. This menu plan of Slimming World has certainly kept my diabetes in control. I mainly do Green and the odd EE. Ok I may not be losing weight as fast as S/W expect, but, my health is better. :T::T:T
Here is my menu plan for Friday.....Green
B. Yoghurt, Apple, strawberries, blueberries , toast B + spread 3 syn
L. Cottage cheese on toast,B. Pickles clementine x 2
D. Mixed bean pie. Beetroot. Melon.
Supper. Milky coffee 2 Ryvitas. 6 syns cottage cheese. Satsuma.
A milk B toast B Toast

Water, green tea , NAS Vimto.:):):):)

Your crusty bread and butter has me drooling. It my downfall too,
I daren't buy a loaf often as would eat it all. I like to buy those part baked rolls and just cook one at a time.Slimming World at target0 -
