Hi lovelies, had a well behaved night and didn't go over my syns:j

    Todays menu is -

Before work - Greek yog (1/2), banana and peppermint tea
Breakfast - 2 x toast (HEXB) and light chive Philly (HEXA)
Lunch - tuna, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, red onion with added beetroot and gerkins. Muller light.
Dinner - chicken fajitas (without the wraps for me!) Plan to bung in some leftover broccoli and green beans. Pineapple.

3 syns for fajita mix but will need to check this. Saving the rest.

Well done to all the losers and to the rest keep plodding, that's what I'm doing. Having a good day yesterday has spurred me on to keep on track today:A

    Take care all x

Do others get edgy on weigh in day? I never weigh at home so I spend all day wondering and hoping if I've lost.

I've had overnight oats with mixed berries and banana for breakfast. Walked 2 .5 miles. Just had early lunch as I have to go out .... Tuna salad followed by quark with sprinkle of options.

I always eat my main meal after weighing in tonight.
    Fingers crossed.

Jock is the fromage frais just poured over the lasagne or do you mix it with cheese and then pour? Might try that...
I just spread it on then add the cheese, you could do it the other way but I'd guess you'd use more cheese for no extra flavour.

I'm going to post my food diaries on here this week, as last week I had a gain and need to make sure I'm eating correctly.

    Yesterday (green day)

Breakfast: raisin wheats and skimmed milk, apple and banana

Lunch: 2 eggs, beans, Tabasco sauce, 1 piece whole meal toast, .5 tsp flora light

Tea: veg korma and rice, muller light toffee yoghurt

Snacks: lemon tart, snacks jacks, mug shot sweet and sour noodles to go

Syns: 0.5 flora light, 4.5 snackajacks, 9 korma sauce 1/4 of jar, 4.5 lemon tart

I usually make my own curries from scratch but my daughter wanted to make a korma, so she used a jar of uncle bens sauce. I'll have to make sure I don't eat this one again, as I prefer hotter curries anyhow and it put me over my syns for the day. I was feeling hungry all day so ate lunch and tea early, then had the noodles as a late night snack. On the whole, this wasn't a perfect day food wise, could have added mushrooms to lunch for more speed food.

    Today ee

Breakfast: 2 high bars and banana (have run out of apples, need to buy some)

Lunch: 2 quorn pork style steaks, super speed soup (made of carrots, leek, peppers, parsnips, tomatoes, onion, passata, spices, veg stock, lentils, beans)

    Tea: more soup

    Snacks: maybe some grapes

Syns: so far 1 for the pork steaks, will try to stick to this to offset yesterday

Definitely need to do a tesco order for more fruit and veg.

Today's EE looks more like a Green day to me, so you could have another HEB. You also don't seem to have any HEA in there - milk and/or cheese. You can also have 2 HEAs on a Green day.

You should also try to have at least 5 syns every day.
