  • Well done on all the losses - we've made a great start to the year :)

I lost 1lb this week. Would have liked more, but after Friday night's antics I'm reasonably happy.

Thank you for the chart Shala :j
Well done Seabee on getting SOTW :j

Congratulations to all the people who have lost weight!

I am still finding it hard to get full on plan however I am not giving up just spending more time getting my head round things. We have booked a long weekend away in a few months so I have a target to work towards, I want to be a dress size smaller by the time I go.
Taking responsibility one penny at a time!

Thanks for the chart Shala I am going for a STS might have been a small loss if I had gone to group but after stuffing my face as I did didn't want to risk my fivers.

I want to share a thought with you all a friend sent me a video which she thought would give me some inspiration and it has but I googled more about the woman in the video and read her story, 20 years of an eating disorder, I cant find out if this was under or over eating but her message is clear we are all incredible beautiful people in our own way and it made me think of this thread
and how many of us don't feel that, we get upset if we put on a pound or two or don't lose as quickly as we want, suffer low self esteem, feel that we should be a perfect standard weight or size, Please watch this video its not relevant to many of you because you are still young but its funny, and then google her story.

OMG! Can't believe I got SOTW!! That's made my day! :j

I was up at 5.30 digging my car out and clearing ours and our neighbours paths. I was very brave and drove to work as I hate driving in snow and ice but I couldn't face the mile walk, 2 trains and a bus that travelling by public transport means. Not to mention the extra 3 hours it adds to travelling time

Debating on whether to make a proper lasagne for tea tomorrow as its Hubby's birthday and its his favourite. His daughters are coming over and no doubt there will be cake syns too - so maybe I should just get them all out the way in one go, kind of like ripping off a plaster :rotfl:

Well done everyone on your losses and sts and hugs and positive thoughts to those that need them
  • I'm amazed, I had a 3lbs loss tonight at WI!!! Considering the amount of off plan stuff I ate on Saturday I'm gobsmacked!

Shala - table is right for me, this 3lb loss is for week 3

  • Well done to everyone who had a WI loss this week :T

Day 1 hasn't been to bad...managed to avoid the big Dairy Milk bar in the fridge! I went shopping for all my food and made a pasta salad for lunch tomorrow. My OH even said he'd start following the plan to support me!

I think it's the weekends that I'll find the hardest :o

    Lost so far:2 lbs
  • Congratulations to all the losers! And SOTW seebee!!

Today went sort of to plan....

Called into work early so skipped breakfast, had a fudge about 1pm, managed to get to the gym on my break then had a "thins" pizza at work. Came home, had a bowl of shreddies (healthy a and b). Now i;m knackered so i'm off to bed with a bad head! Ohh, and I had an orange too. I know I haven't eaten enough today, but i'm not feeling hungry because of my head. :o

Tomorrow I will be better. Just took some chicken out of the freezer for lunch. Will plan the day in the morning.

Hope everyone is well. Tweets that snow looks fab!
