Shala, all I'd say about your EE menu is remember that bananas aren't on the Speed list any more. I know many of us are sticking with the old plan but if there's just one thing that EESP has taught me it's to be mindful of the things that have changed/been introduced probably as a result of people getting stuck. So bananas are still a free food but if you're relying on them to be part of your 'at least a third of Speed' on EE then they won't be as good as other fruits on the new list. As you all know:o I've long been obsessed with SFs and thought that many of them (green, leafy veg) are better than others (fruit in general).
Thanks maman.. I had forgotten that my banana wasn't superfree/speed but as I only have at most 1 a day I'm not too fussed. I lost when I ate them before ok...
I don't eat much in the way of fruit and veg so I can't limit it anymore reallyand unfortunately I'm not like Wiz who can have veg soup as I can't bear the texture of homemade soup.. I do keep trying but it's no good
I've had to change to a green day today as we have no salad In for tea, and I'm in a mood and can't be bothered to go to the shop :rotfl: it looks like I've put on about 1/2lb for class tomorrow so I'm having a jacket potato instead of veg as a protest!! That'll show them :rotfl:Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Evening all. So I went off-piste today and yesterday but have tried to keep as controlled \ make good choices where possible as I've gone along so I'd still like a small loss on Saturday if possible. A combo of pre-performance review nerves, hormones, not enjoying work and being totally unorganised food wise is the cause
I will try and pull in a couple of EESP days now to try and recoup and in an attempt to try and alleviate the bloating too
I see apples, satsumas, beans and bacon in my near future, lolApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -

Maman apparently a tin of mushy peas blitzed then add a couple of oxos and water and heat up and it's a free gravy
I just can't bring myself to try it
I always say don't knock something until you've tried it but on this occasion I think I will make an exception :rotfl: Didn't mind the mushy pea curry but gravy is just wrong.I live in a tiny 2 bed terrace with hubby, a toddler, a baby, all the assorted stuff they have, and 4 cats. You are welcome to try to find a space somewhere but even our shed is packed to the rafters :rotfl: Ok I get the message:D
I've assembled a homity pie ready to cook for teaDid have all the ingredients, or at least the ones I use - the recipe is more of a general guideline now! One thing I really prefer to get more flavour in is to cook the potatoes (and any other root veg, cos I've used swede, carrot & parsnip) in with a stock cube, and transfer some of that stock across to the other veg as it cooks.
Your homity pie sounds lush. Know what your mean as using the recipes as a guide. We have messed on with Cola Chicken in an attempt to get it 'sticky' as some people claim is what should be happening. Well our friend was convinced she wouldn't like it as she doesn't like Cola so we gave her a little sample last night and tonight she came knocking asking for the recipe - well dh keeps adapting it, adding to it, leaving stuff out and making stuff up as he goes along we just had to say that we would sort her something out to use as a guide.so sorry for the delay.
2 lbs down again this week
Nice loss jamie :T

Dreading opening curtains tomorrow morning
Will have to let Poppy out at bedtime she goes into back garden but snow doesn't look bad in the dark.
You can fit all meals into diary using exercise and food boxes
Feel slimmer today so hoping for a :j tomorrow.0 -
