Sorry, I can't seem to keep up with it all and finding it harder than I thought to get back on plan after Christmas! It is not helped by the fact that I am getting in the holiday mood week to earl as we are going away to CenterParcs next Monday for a week....

Still, managed to lose 0.9lb in a week, hopefully it is true loss and just keep plodding along.

It is OH's birthday tomorrow, but since I am going to work tomorrow morning, we might have a luinch out today to celebrate...

    morning all

Have just caught up on all of the pages. Well done on the losses and there seems to be a few of us that are just not feeling it, including me.

I have ordered one of those personalised slimmer diaries from ebay so hopefully it will spur me on a bit more.

It amazes me how my internal dialogue goes from: Oh b*gger it, I want to eat what I want, I will just be fat forever, to: maybe I should try something different(again), to finally settle on: No, I like SW way of eating, minimum counting, fits in with family etc and don't give up even if you had a bad few weeks.

So I feel better today. DD and I went to the gym yesterday although I was tired and managed 20 minutes on the cross trainer, was quite impressed with that :T I slept great last night ;)

so, don't give up even if you are not doing so well, ride it out, draw a line and start afresh.

Maman, wow, a size 8 dress!! I can only dream... My biggest dream is that I can wear long knee boots, my calves are far too fat at the moment, even for wider fitting boots.

I am going to face the music tomorrow at class, not been for 2 weeks. I hate having to explain myself but at the same time, it's what I need, to be held accountable, if that makes sense.

I better go and do some housework, the washing is piled high.

Good morning everyone, well done to all the losers, and everyone else.

I lost 1.5lbs at my weigh in yesterday, which I'm very happy with that. I had a couple of off plan days last week, but was ok the rest of the week so it's quite a good loss!

    K
Off to have some breakfast, shreddies and banana which I love!!

+1 for the boots - never been able to wear those, even when not being so fat! Always hat 'sturdy' legs....

  • Well weigh in tonight, my own scales are showing a 4lb loss so hoping for something half decent tonight. Our SW scales seem to vary massively though, sometimes I get 3lbs I was not expecting. I'm hoping I can tip the scales at 13st 11lb and get a new sticker!

Good luck for wi jock. My scales and SW scales are usually within a 1lb of each other so I get a reasonable idea before I go of what the weeks result is going to be. If it was ever totally different I would wonder why. Getting into the 13's is only a dream for me at the moment jock - but I will get there - don't know when but I will get there. :D

    Well done bellkat. :T

Just washed the kitchen floor (on hands and knees so a bit of BM eh :D). Got the washer on and now off to s-i-l's to set up her new tv - well I will probably be sitting on sofa, drinking coffee and chatting while DH does it but you get the idea of my plans for the rest of the morning.

Planning on having some Carrot and Beetroot soup and fruit for lunch and really need to get caught up on some chores that I have been putting off - just for the record stitching isn't one of them ;).

Catch up with you all later. Good luck if you are weighing in.

Morning all, had lovely evening with DS last night despite him feeling under the weather, its either something he ate at the restaurant the other night (but his sisters had the same)or he has got a sickness bug.

I have got a bit of a head cold and my throat is feeling sore this morning, but plodding on.

    Menu:

B: Rice pops & BD milk. Gingerbread coffee.
L: Mussels & green salad. Tea with milk.
    D: Pork chops, mashed celeriac (2 butter), 4 x veg, gravy (2).

    S: 4 x DF chocolate, cocoa.
    BM: 1 hr Callanetics.

Mumoftwo the only person you have to explain yourself to is yourself, nobody else! Never let that put you off going to class. You can always just weigh and go if you feel like that.

If I have a fiver for the number of times the weigh in lady who is supposed to not comment on weight has said to me "Now what have you been doing" lol. I'd have wallpaper fivers:rotfl: Meg!

Yes, exactly! I hate when they do that, we have one like that, always comments and I hate it. Thanks for this, you are right. I might just do that, weigh and go, saves the "and what are you going to do this week to ensure a weight loss next week" questions

I'd have decorated the downstairs of the house with fivers with comments of
    What have you been doing
    And
    That's not like you!

    Duckers!!!

Antibiotics haven't kicked in fully yet :/
Plus side to antibiotics - not being able to eat for an hour after taking them so 4 hours of the day is now blocked out for snacking and the rest of the time Im just not feeling the love for food at all xxx
