Welcome back Lillian
Only question now is do I have Peppa Pig Spagetti Shapes with it or Scooby Do :rotfl:or any at all since that might be carb saturation!
Peppa pig - that's protein not carbs :rotfl:
enjoy your family meals Beanie... you can always get back on track after xMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Hi lilian.
durham, nom nom nom – very tasty, thanks for sharing. I had to scrape off the topping, I’m afraid, as I’m not keen on chocolate in that form.
tata, I get my bloods tested every year and I got a letter in today saying last week's test shows I’m not diabetic but at risk of becoming pre-diabetic. There was a big information leaflet on how to improve situation and the eating section was pretty much in line with SW EE, so that made me happy. :j
Ha ha, lantana, we’re using up Halloween pasta shapes here.
Well done, Lioness and jpscloud.
Enjoy your social whirl, beanie.

Just a quickie post from me tonight.
Well done to today's losers :T
I've just eaten DH's steak pie, new pots and loads of veggies. Only pastry on top of pie for a bit of damage limitation. Just about to have a cuppa and I think a little wispa biscuit.
Result from wi tonight was a -1.5lbs - I can live with that.
Night Night everyone,

Hello hello hello, and here I have my Tuesday menu plan...:j
Breakfast. Porridge A/B raspberries, strawberries.
Lunch. Pea and bacon soup ( onion, leek, carrot, peas, yellow split peas red lentils stock cube 2 slices of cooked back bacon, plus 2 more for sprinkling on the top when cooked ) ryvita 6 Syns, piece of fruit.
Dinner. Pea and bacon soup with homemade croutons 3 Syns
Supper options hot choc 2 Syns, 2 morning coffee biscuits 3 Syns.
A milk B cereal
14 Syns
Water, green tea,:)
Wot no Vimto?:D
That looks very like EESP to me wiz as I don't see any carbs and you've got pulses and bacon along with the veg. If your croutons are wholemeal (or you substituted with a slice of bread/toast) that would be your second HEB. Then you get to free up more syns.;)
Good loss b.e.g:T Any loss is good, so sorry if I've missed any others.
Change of plan here, decided to have Golden Rice instead of noodles with the Szechuan beef which keeps the syn bank from running on empty.
I'm out for another pub meal tomorrow but have already decided to be good and have steak, JP and salad.0 -

Well weigh in tonight, my own scales are showing a 4lb loss so hoping for something half decent tonight. Our SW scales seem to vary massively though, sometimes I get 3lbs I was not expecting. I'm hoping I can tip the scales at 13st 11lb and get a new sticker!0

Good luck Jocks!!
Beanie, just enjoy the meals and get back on it when you can.
Flat Belly Class done last night!
Maman I need to get strict with myself but just can't seem to at the minute, this cold weather isn't helping.
I had neither Peppa or Scooby in the end, their still in the cupboard. :rotfl:0 -
Everyone seems to be doing really well most of the time, if you're not then good luck with getting back on track.
I've got a BT engineer coming this afternoon to install Infinity, although not as fast as a lot of people get because of living in the sticks! But we should get around 30 Mb rather than the 6 (if we're lucky) we get at the moment, should speed things up massively.
Felt really tired when DH got up this morning so didn't get up to take him to work so will have to make do with what we have in the cupboards & freezer! No car means can't go shopping (we've been sharing one car for the last couple of years since I retired).
Have sorted today's menu - another EE day:
B - bacon & mushroom sandwich (HEB)
L - LO home made veg soup
D - HM chicken curry & rice
HEA will be milk in teas throughout the day.
Not sure about syns as DH ate all the choc digestives last nigh - I didn't even get the one I'd planned on so ended up with a sweet onion Ryvita with a scrape of butter (for the same syns as a choc digestive - definitely not the same:rotfl:)
