Goodness me Maisie M, hope you are feeling a lot better soon!
Good productive work on the Flebay stuff & charity shop Blue Eyed Girl, proud of you. Ashamed to say that my pile of has beens is still sitting in the hall. You put me to shame! I use one of those wire mesh trays as well for my chips and it works much better, I haven’t made SW chips in so long mind you.
I’m not a vimto lover at all! Think its an acquired taste.
Glad you managed your wine syns Maman. Go you in your size 8 dress! It looks lovely and will be one you can keep pulling out again and again, win win! :T
Countingpennies, life does get in the way, but you’re here trying and keeping your hand in and that’s all that matters
Mookiepook I’d two salads over the weekend strange creature that I am , I did think yes its snowing outside and your sat here eating salad. Not right in the head!
Blinkered at least you know what you had lol Hope you enjoyed!
Tweets must try that cauliflower recipe, I love cottage cheese and miss Cauliflower Cheese, could probably wack your HE cheese over the top as well at the last minute for melting. Cheese is one of the things I can say if it didn’t exist I probably would have never been overweight funnily along with two other C’s Crisps & Chocolate!
Tried a Detox Tea last night_pale_. Certainly an acquired taste but I have 19 bags of it to get through so will have one a day whether I like it or not! _pale_
I’m still fighting off Christmas and New Year. I will not be going that much off the rails this year as it is hard hard work trying to get back to where I was and I'm disgusted with myself tbh:wall:
Shala – My mum has about 20 squirrels in the garden, she loves them lol. Glad your form has perked up!
It must have been Mildredd re the milk I don’t drink the stuff _pale_
Gien – Oooh a wardrobe review, how exciting does that sound! Jealous!
So I was mostly good over the weekend, syns where used on crisps and chocolate but my meals where good. Did my 5k on the treadmill Friday and Saturday, back tonight to do the same and flat belly class.

I'm suddenly really craving nice food this morning - fancy crisps and dips, then maybe some jammy toast! Can't decide whether to give in or try and distract myself with an apple.

Have only skimmed the last few pages as loads to read from not being not the lappy much over the weekend.

A big well done to all the losers, STSers and hang in there gainers, it'll come off again if you stick to plan.

Welcome to the newbies, and as others have said it is worth going to a Group just to get the new members talk and the up to date books.

Have been feeling much better over the weekend and only have a couple of days of antibiotics left now! Actually went out yesterday as so fed up of staying in, we went for a drive and ended up at a farmers market; was glad already had food in as could have spent far more money than necessary! In the end we just bought some mussels to have for lunch when we got home - even though we live on the coast we find it extremely difficult to get mussels here and we love them. It's probably one of the reasons we love to go to France so often, LOL!

Stuck mainly to plan over the weekend but did have some wine syns and now have about 9 syns a day left before WI on Thursday, so perfectly doable.

Today will be another EE day:

B - porridge made with water, mullerlight vanilla; satsumas
L - HM veg soup (which should have been yesterday's lunch!)
D - LO roast pork, fried up LO potatoes & veg, HM baked beans

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - porridge

Syns: HM baked beans 0.5 (they have some maple syrup in them!); will probably have a chocolate digestive with a cuppa this evening 4 syns.

Not sure whether I'll have any more but nothing else planned.

Morning lovelies :) Just caught up with all the random chatter ;)

I'm not a purple lover. Don't mind the colour in general but it looks hideous on me, makes me look ill! Definitely no purple clothes here. My best friend's mum is obsessed with purple - lots of purple in her house, she always wears it, hair coloured a bit purple, and we've just had to live through her purple christmas tree with purple lights and purple decorations :rotfl:

It looks like the sickness bug has hit my house. Hubby is malingering in bed with it having thrown up a few times last night. Baby boy was sick too (and I really can't deal with sick :( so nearly was myself). Just feeling a bit delicate and not wanting to eat right now. So far have had a cup of tea and that is it.

Was doing really well at eating, then saturday hubby suggested we eat out. I might have done okay if I hadn't hit the side dishes with a vengeance :o Main was fajitas so I could have synned the little wraps. It was just the garlic bread, chips & onion rings that made me stop counting. Oh, and the MIL gave us a tin of chocolate biscuits.

This bug might actually save my week when I get to WI tomorrow - I only need to shift half a pound!

Really enjoyed my meal out last night and wasn't too naughty. I had Chu Chee, a sort of fish curry with rice. We shared a starter between the five of us so that helped. The really naughty bit was the dessert, an exotic fruit pancake with coconut ice cream, and my daquiry(sp) & strawberry cocktail. Will be celebrating again tonight with a homemade meal but just checked on MFP and its not too bad.

DS will be so pleased that he's got snow just for his birthday :P He loves being cold and often leaves his window wide open even in this weather  We are hoping to treat him to some ski-ing lessons as a birthday treat but he has opted to do it later in the year once he's got exams out of the way.

    Menu:

B: Rice pops & BD milk. Gingerbread coffee.
L: Mushy pea curry & rice
D: Mussels in white wine & SW chips, green salad. Small slice of birthday cake.

S: HM sloe gin & soda. Cocoa.

Off to enjoy cake decorating, will post a pic if it goes ok.

My son is the same! I believe there is a real link to weather likes/dislikes and the time of year people are born. My sons birthday was last week and he has always preferred cold weather. His idea of hell would be to sit in the sun or go to a very hot country.
