Love it, that's what I do all the time!!:rotfl:

:T that's a shame but you know it's better than gaining!! Many congratulations to all the losers and there are lots of you.:D

I always microwave my onions with tbsp. of water to soften them whether I'm frying/using in soup/casserole etc. It saves time waiting for them to soften. As I always make a lot of soup and freeze it I'd suggest making this with the chickpeas but without the potatoes then it's an EESP meal in itself.

b.e.g., I've only managed one full day of EESP as I'm only experimenting with it but I've had lots of SP meals. You're right it's diluting the effect but I'm sure it's better than full EE. What it's doing for me is making me more mindful of whether I need carbs and/or how many each day. I'm enjoying the challenge of making satisfying meals without them when I can.

My plan changed yesterday. DH and I went to the pub again and our team won again!!:j He then insisted that we eat there to save me cooking (little did he know he was going to get a microwaved YS curry;)). So I compromised and didn't have the angelic meal I had last week but steak, salad and chips. So could have been lots worse.

Must share a NSV. Went to M&S yesterday (to collect new knickers:D) and browsed their sale. I got myself a lovely dress for a wedding I'm going to next month and it's a size 8! Now I know it's vanity sizing or just M&S nonsense but wow did I feel good. It's probably a generous size 10 really. Then I met a SW friend as I was going to the checkout and just had to show her the label. She was chuffed for me too.

Dress is almost exactly like this but mine's purple and I paid less than half price.

Fabulous dress, I must go and have a look in M&S.

I thought it was tasty. Dunno if you could call it cheesy but I enjoyed it. Might have tasted more cheesy with some synned grated cheese on top.
