Hi
I keep popping in & out of this thread. I Re joined sw last week after a break of 5 weeks in that time only put on half a pound but I just can't get back into it this week I put on one pound so I hope coming on here more often will keep me motivated & give me plenty of ideas.
I had lost two stone eight pounds so have come a long way & feel so much better, this time I am doing it for my health,I am 60 this year & don't want another decade of being over weight.

Thanks Lord duke I will try with the milk.
When I have used it before it separates and spoils. Also my son uses it and he says that he has tried all ways. Anyway I will shake it first and see what happens, thanks x:T:T:T
This is what we found with tea wiz. I only use it now for things like rice pudd (still on a mission to find a recipe that hits the spot) or for some reason I need an extra high amount of hexa - think the unsweetened was about 850mls.I got weighed in on Thursday I lost 2.5 lb ... Well done ginababe :T
I started yesterday planning on going EE, then later yesterday I said that DH 'removed' my roasties and changed us to EESP and gave me more veggies - oh joy. Then it clicked that I shouldn't be having my overnight oats for supper (cos of the yoghurt) so I too got a bit of a strop on shala (only with myself) and took myself off to bed without any supper. We had our evening meal around 7.45/8.00 so it wasn't too bad. Got up this morning and I cannot really face the overnight oats so will save them for later - they should keep a little bit in the fridge I would have thought. Just confirms to me how simple I was finding EE as opposed to EESP - it is so easy to trip up. I know I could have still had the oats/yoghurt but it would have diluted the effect I think and if I am doing EESP it is 100%
Right thats the moan over. Hope all our poorlies are feeling better today. Haven't got too much planned today but know I should move about more as I sat for too long at laptop on sofa yesterday. Waiting for DH to get up so that we can walk to Mums (not that far but it looks as though it could be icy and I am not too good on it).
Have a good day everyone

Hey guys.... Still fighting it and plodding along. I've worked out my mood problem tho! Might be TMI but after a couple of months of no monthly cycles its struck back with a vengeance. No wonder i've been eating anything I can get my hands on!! Yesterday the day started off well with a SW breakfast/brunch then at work I had a couple of slices of pizza (better than the full one i've been eating).
Got 2 days off now, then class on Tuesday night. Going to try and stick to plan completely till then but obviously I will still be expecting a gain. But I will draw a line under it and start again, thats all I can do. I'm not gonna beat myself up and make myself feel bad or else I won't get back on it!
Today i'm planning:
Breakfast: Cereal (HEA and
Lunch: Grilled chicken, SW roast potatoes, peas and 2 yorkshire puddings. (Puddings RM from Aldi, need to work out syns)
Tea: Ham, SW chips and egg
Snacks and syns: Fruit, gravy and yorkshire puddings.
Lets try and do this today!

Good morning! We have pretty snow here. Not deep, just enough to cover everything and make it clean and to let the little birdies and beasties make lovely tracks (no sign of a gruffalo, though).
Well done to gbatey, gingababe and shortie.
b-e-g, thanks for the positive vibes. Today is a new day.
