I love Almond milk and Alpro original but I can only have it cold on my cereal. It goes funny in my tea or coffee. Does anyone know why.
I have to buy normal skimmed milk if I want a milky coffe / latte.
    HELP !!!

I use almond milk too but I don't notice that much of a change in tea or coffee. To me it doesn't colour it as much and there is a slight nutty taste but I confess I do like that. I always shake carton before I pour it

Evening all, at WI today I lost 1.5 lbs. Dead chuffed as I didn't go last week and I know I would have put on last week, so I've actually lost some amount about the 1.5 lbs

Today is about to go off plan. Eaten fine so far but all syns consumed and we're going to have a family games night. There are tonnes of sweets around. My only saving grace will be a HEB cereal and milk if I can keep controlled!

Today was an EE day, tomorrow I'm aiming at an EESP day

Hi all, I wondered if anyone knows about syns in a sugar substitute called Total Sweet?

I'm also wondering about making cakey type things with scan bran - has anyone tried them and are they ok?

I don't know if I've lost much this week, but I have been more active and staying on plan except for over-synning still. Today was a little more off-plan, I skipped breakfast because I was busy sorting out something in the garden, then caved in and had lots of toast with butter and scrambled eggs (I did at least make them with fry light!)

Have also had some chocolate tonight, but just took a few squares on a small dish rather than bring the bar out and scoff the lot!

Thanks Lord duke I will try with the milk.
When I have used it before it separates and spoils. Also my son uses it and he says that he has tried all ways. Anyway I will shake it first and see what happens, thanks x:T:T:T
