headachesrus wrote: »Good morning, I would like to join please. I have lost 49 lb in the last 2 years with swimming, but since Christmas I just can't get back on track. I weighed in last night and I have put over 10 lb on since the festivities. I refuse to go back into the next stone bracket so I am back on the wagon.
If I can lose 2 stone by the end of this year I will be a very happy (and slim) bunny!!!!!

Morning all
Lots of good news and losses this week.
Last week 258.72 (18.7). This week 265.32 (18.13). Whopping gain of 6lb.
Been away with work since New Year. Take aways when home and no exercise. Little wonder! More time at home from here on so hoping for big losses now I can get back focus on low carb.
