Good morning fellow losers, (pounds that is)!
Had a super busy day yesterday so I was unable to declare my weight loss of 0.5, that's a total of 7 lbs in 3 weeks, leaving me with 21 lbs to lose. Now weighing 12 stones 3 lbs.
Been working hard organising an event for tomorrow in church so I wasn't able to track every thing I ate and exercise but hoping to do that after this weekend. I will say no to big organising responsibilities in church and say yes to myself a bit more. I repeat. I will say no, I will say no, I will say no. Yes to myself, yes to myself, yes to myself."There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150 -
Hi all, sorry the chart is late, clearly I forgot to bring my memory stick home last night as predicted! And I have been out on a course today.
Huge congrats to Beanie who is this week's winner! :T
Some really great losses this week! Onwards and downwards!
Dinah - I made it a slight gain for you from last time but have backdated it so you are starting afresh with a STS this week if that makes sense and is ok?
Finally, a reminder to please post your weight lost in pounds each week - if you want to add your current weight, total loss etc that is great but the week's loss in lbs is the figure I need for the chart. Thanks! Will have a proper catch up over the weekend hopefully but have work to do this evening and haven't even had tea yet - woe is me

No problem that's great Shrimpy. At least I can see I've still lost since the start. Been good all week so hoping Wednesday reflects that. Granted it's only Saturday morning so still plenty of time to throw the game!
Has anyone ever looked at the ideal weight charts? I was surprised I have to say. It fits a lot closer to my doctor telling me she thinks my healthy weight would be between 8 and 8.5 stone, where between pregnancies last time I was a hair over 9 stone. I'm losing weight to get my blood pressure down, as the only times in my life I've been off medication is when I'm right at the bottom of the healthy bmi range, 18.5-19 sort of area, she has a theory that different people are healthy at a different weight, so someone could have a bmi of 28 and be completely healthy, whereas another person's system may really struggle with a bmi of 24-25 and naturally need to carry less weight to be healthy. Have to say it's a real incentive as I worry so much about my mum's high blood pressure and my grandma had stroke after stroke from her early 60s until she died at 70, I'd love my kids not to worry about their mum like I do.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I hadn't seen that chart before and have to say, I found it surprising too. It puts me as overweight at 9st1 and 5ft3, I'm not sure I agree with that. Last time I was weighed at hospital I was probably around 9st8 and was told my weight was fine. Obviously it is a little different in your case as there is evidence to suggest a health benefit of being a lower weight. I consider myself a healthy weight but feel I could do with losing a few more pounds as I have a petite build so don't carry weight well. I guess charts are pretty generalised by their nature so have to be taken with a pinch of salt. That chart does seem pretty strict though! I think everyone's measure of happy and healthy is different and as long as you can tick both those boxes, that's what matters over and above a number.
I've had a good week too but am going to have a couple of drinks tonight, confident it won't set me back too much. Managed three swimming sessions, two runs and one six week six pack last week so have earned a night off (I hope!!) Ath the time I thought the six pack vid wasn't really doing much to be honest but boy did I feel it the next day! Sorry Jillian for doubting you!How was your yoga training? x

I ate all the food in the world yesterday so need to behave myself for the next couple of days! I have worked out that if I lose 1lb a week, I will be at my target by 20th May, so am going to challenge myself to beat that date by as much as possible, just hoping for a good weigh in this week!Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0
