Hope weigh in went better than you were expecting Archersluck.
I'm now back on the wagon (Day 6) and have been doing alternate day fasting. Have to say, the fasting bit is easier than trying to keep within the 2000 calories on non-fast days. That's not because of the amount of food, rather the type I tend to eat (bag of crisps, biscuits), but it's certainly making me more mindful of what I'm eating normally. I've just been to get some lunch "goodies" as younger son has a friend round to play later, and a bottle of Pinot Grigio "fell" into my basket, but have decided that Sat or Sun (depending on which day of weekend is non-fasting) will be more relaxed, hoping this'll be okay if I'm fasting three days a week and sticking around 2000 cals for the other three...
Well done everyone on the losses and progress this week. I'm actually looking forward to weigh in Wednesday, for the first time in weeks, especially as it's the best day to weigh in Jodles!#21 Save £12k in 2025 £16977.35/£20000

Hi all. I've missed you. Finally have a teeny weeny bit of time so I'm rejoining. No clue what I was at when I left but I'm not 158.0 lbs, 125lbs is goal. Would like to be there by my sons first birthday in June but don't think that's likely.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hi Dinah, nice to see you back - it's good to have a target in mind, I'm aiming for a family wedding at the beginning of July but don't think I'll get there either lol.
Sorry to hear about disappointing weigh in, archersluck, hope you feel better soon.
On another fast day, but have to say it's getting easier - I save my 500 calories for a healthy main meal around 6pm, and it's chicken stir fry tonight for me, while everyone else is having sausage and mash. Feel a little wistful to be missing that, but not as if I'll never make it again, and I do actually like the stir fry.
Good luck for tomorrow all, will weigh in first thing and post when I get a chance (can't use work computer for ANYTHING non-work related so may not be til I get home if I'm doing my usual headless chicken in the morning!)#21 Save £12k in 2025 £16977.35/£20000

I'm weighing in early hope you don't mind, my grandma died last night, she had been receiving end of life care for some time and asleep for a week so it was to be expected, but I fancy consuming the profiteroles we just bought so I'm weighing in early :P lol.

Sorry for your loss Pixtotts, take care of yourself x
Lovely to have you back Dinah, how was your training? I'm off work today and the spreadsheet is on my memory stick in the office, but I will let you know tomorrow what the last recorded weight I have for you is.
The chart will be a bit late tomorrow as I have a Board Meeting which will take up the entire day so will probably update from home in the evening - if I can remember the darned stick! So apologies in advance.
I am weighing in with a 1lb loss this week, this takes me to 10.5lbs total which is just over half of my goal. I have been swimming befire work for the last two days but think I will give Six Week Ab Challenge a go this morning instead.

Hi all, reporting in with a loss of 5lb this week, taking me to 177lb or 12st 9lb (sorry, never able to do colours or bold type on my tablet but was keen to get it written down).
It's actually 9 days since I started, so not sure I can claim it as a week's loss, but am still pleased. Just know it's never going to be as dramatic again - no 6 stones in 6 weeks for me lol!
Well done HH, hope everyone else does as well today.#21 Save £12k in 2025 £16977.35/£20000
