Number 3 signing in. Loss of 1lb going from 215 to 214. Having a bit of a plateau at the moment so need to really concentrate on it for the next 10 days.

    Anyone else plateauing?

I have to do my official monthly public weigh in on the 14th (am doing a sponsored diet so post my month results on the 14th of the month on Facebook and so far this month have only lost 2lb eek

Going to be positively angelic for the next 10 days to try and shift another half a stone before having to post it for all my Facebook followers to see

    Morning Folks,

#28 reporting in with a loss of 1lb

That is a total loss of 9.2lbs from start weight of 224.

I'm ok with this because the weekend before was a hen do and the weekend just gone was an unexpected night out. I was then ill Sunday into Monday so I think that kind of helped.

    Weighing in at 257lbs or 18stone 5lbs

Another 1lb bites the dust!! Weighing in at 256lbs or 18stone 4lbs! My MFP is set to lose a pound a week so I'm pleased I'm hitting the target and I don't feel that I'm missing out too much which is important! Can't wait to be out of the 18's though and 4 weeks seems so far away! Ah well, its about the long haul for me!

    Hi all

STS for me this week which may be either hormone or cake related, I'm unsure! For those who are interested, this is how the Harry Potter cake turned out (link to my Instagram, hopefully works ok? So not technical. Also please note the cake is more 'comedy value' than 'professional finish'!

Birdie you can weigh in and post tomorrow if you like and still make the chart?

Beanie514 you are very welcome to join us, I just need your starting weight in lbs (you can PM me if you prefer). We weigh in on a Wednesday and I put the results up on Thursday. let me know if you need any more info :)

haras_nosirrah if you are eating well and still plateauing, you might need to up your food intake for a few days to give your metabolism a bit of a boost? I can't remember if you are calorie counting or doing something else but if you can change things up in some way, I usually find that helps me - eating different things, different exercises etc. I find it quite easy to slip into a bit of a rut especially with food so am trying really hard to keep it varied this time around.

Caeraugirl can't help on the fasting sorry, I love eating far too much to fast :o

Sorry - I've been MIA Shrimpy!!!

I am weighing in at 137lbs

Think it's a loss but can't remember! I am rubbish at sticking to this healthy eating malarky.

Is anyone doing the 5:2? How are they finding it?
