Hi All
Sorry for not posting yesterday but had internet problemsAlso scales are not working for some reason think I need to buy a new set !
So cant weigh myself this week which I reckon is a bit of a bonus as I have been pretty bad and eating everything if its not nailed down.
I know I have put on as I can feel it
So back on track this week will get some new scales on Saturday and see the damage and will let you know next Wednesday.
So my week is as follows
M - Gym
T - Circuit training
W- hour PT
T - Running club
F - touch rugby
S- off
S- boxing half hour PT session
Looks pretty daunting but need to tighten the wobbly bits and shift the last of this weight for once and for all :rotfl:
Good luck to all

Morning all
Weighing in late as been away.
259.6lb - 3lb weight gain this week. Hotel meals and being on the road - oh and of course me to blame! Less longer stretches away for a while so hope to get back on track.
Well done everyone

Sorry for the delay getting this week's chart up, our FD spent yesterday in my office so couldn't get away with posting, then was in such a flap after spending the day with him I forgot to bring my memory stick home
I did get taken out to lunch by him and the MD which was a nice treat, but the menu was not at all diet friendly so I had a chicken wrap which came with half a ton of melted cheese and probably put on the pound I lost this week in one sitting!
Anyway without further ado, huge congratulations to Fmess and The Only Girl who are this weeks joint winners! :T:T
I have added in total weight lost for those who mentioned it, if you want yours adding or removing let me know. Also a reminder to please post your weight lost each week in lbs as this is the key bit of info I need.
Some really great losses since Dinah started this thread, haras_nosirrah and Flower, you have nearly lost 10% of your starting weight so far which is brilliant! :T:T
