shrimpy_80 - Thanks
. I've never actually done a class before, the only other gym I've been a member of was one of those cheap no contract gym only places, so didn't do classes, wasn't even manned most of the time lol. I think this gym is even a little bit cheaper than the last one, it's less than 12 months old and the price includes classes so I do hope to do some eventually, want to get a bit fitter first.
I don't know if this is normal or not, but the gym I've joined when they do your induction they do like a personal trainer session and make you up a program which they will then review for you every month - 6 weeks if you want... again included in membership, I thought it was really good. So I have my little bit of paper to work through.
I've only been going 2 days bit miffed that I'm having my hair done tonight so can't go
xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.

Remembered to get on the scales before eating or drinking anything this morning.
0.6lb loss over the last 2 weeks, meaning I'm now 1.4lb down on the start of the year. Slow going, but at least it's in the right direction :TCheryl0 -
Congrats on the loss cw18 :T I had a sneaky weigh in this morning and think I will have a small loss tomorrow all being well. I feel so rubbish with this cold I nearly skipped tea altogether but then I knew I would end up picking all night so forced myself to cook a quick quorn bolognaise and feel much better for it
Did day 2 of 30 day Ab Challenge today too - looking forward to my six pack :rotfl:
Fmess I've had a look on the Fitbit dashboard thing and I think you can add people with their email address - I can't see a way to do it by username though which seems odd? If you want to pm me your email address I'll give it a go? I do love my Fitbit but don't find the dashboard very user friendly. It is falling apart now (literally) so I need to upgrade soon - will be interested to hear how you get on with the ChargeBarclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -

Morning all! STS this week at 166.4
It's been a fairly cake-heavy few days with my Mum's birthday and DS's 1st birthday so I'm happy with a STS TBH.

Pixtotts - I don't seem to have a start weight for you but I have you down for a 1lb loss last week if that helps at all? If you want to PM me a starting weight I can add it to the chart (no-one will see it) otherwise I can't work out your percentage for the challenge - up to you though if you'd rather not.
Happy Birthday to baby Z Birdie! Hope you/he had a great day. I have to make a Harry Potter cake for a colleagues birthday next week but I don't know what to do - I have decided on golden snitch cake pops but other than that I'm stumped! Everything on Pinterest is a bit icing heavy for my liking... Any ideas?
I weighed in with 1lb lost this week which makes 10lb since the start of this challenge - really pleased with that!

Have you made cake pops before Shrimpy? I'm led to believe that they're really difficult so I've never even thought about trying them! Would look awesome though.
Not really sure about a not-too-complicated cake idea... would your colleague 'get' the joke if you made Harry's badly iced/spelled cake that Hagrid gives him?!
