Morning
Well done to the losses and STS. Sorry for anyone having a gain blip.
Last weigh in I was 263lb having gained and was 4lb heavier than when I joined a few weeks before!
Big loss this week 256.6 (I repot whole pounds for loss or gains) - so 6lb off and this makes me 2lb lighter than when I joined.

Another STS for me this week. Which I am happy about as I am struggling at the moment:( But today is another day and need to get my backside in gear and get going.
Good luck to everyone and well done to those already posted some great results coming in as ever :T

Morning, it's a gain of 1.5lbs for me
What can I say? Thursday was my birthday (thanks for all the bday wishes on here!), Tuesday was Pancake Day, and the four days in between weren't much better!
Start weight: 170lbs
Current weight: 163.5lbs
This week's gain: 1.5lbs
Total loss: 6.5lbs
Thanks Shrimpy for stepping up and taking on the spreadhseet!
Well done to all the losers, I think you're fantastic for keeping motivated, I seriously need to find my mojo.
Is anyone giving up anything for Lent? I'm giving up crisps, biscuits and sweets (Haribo type sweets, and anything in a bag like bags of Maltesers or Revels) - these are my total weakness and I eat them in vast quantities. I'm not giving up chocolate as I find I can have one small bar and remain on track, so it's a good treat to allow myself.
I may also take something up for Lent - exercising at home or something. I wonder if there's a 40 day abs/squat challenge or something?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Right have finally got myself back on track after two weeks.
Please to report a 3lb loss, taking me down to 145lb.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
Right, after a quick google I've come up with this 40-day squat challenge and am also going to have a go at Jillian's Six Week Six Pack DVD which I bought a couple of years ago and haven't even got out of the box. Lent is 5 weeks and 5 days so close enough!
Well done on that loss Flower!
EDIT:
Hm. So apparently Lent is 40 days, but that doesn't include Sundays, so from now to Good Friday is actually 46 days - six weeks and four days. You learn something new every day don't you?!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Well done to all the losers and STSers, extra brownie points for accomplishing this on a week that includes Pancake Day!
I'm skulking in with a 1/2lb gain which could be a lot worse, and would have been if I hadn't had a good couple of days. I am having my pancakes on Friday and have two parties over the weekend so major cake avoidance needed - trying to get as good a headstart today and tomorrow as possible!
I've definitely noticed that drinking a lot more water makes it easier to avoid snacking, I've downloaded the Water Balance app and although it does the job I can't say I'm overly in love with it - anyone have any other recommendations?
Tete - I always thought Lent was just a straight 40 days too - every day is a school day! Six week six pack sounds good, I am a bit bored of 30 day shred tbh and the yoga was scary. Might join you?
I will post the chart tomorrow as usual if that's ok with everyone to give everyone time to weigh in? I will be loitering at the bottom!Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -
