  • Ha ha ha in your face size 22's

The size 16 pre baby (now aged 2) trousers are out of the loft and while they may be described as snug I have a pair currently on my backside and done up without too much difficulty

Size 22's now ceremoniously dumped in the bin

Haras - I kind of feel the same, but not on quite so epic proportions. I thought I only had one pair of trousers that I could wear to work. The last few weeks I had noticed they were a little looser. This week I got the pair that was hiding on the top of the wardrobe down, one size smaller and they fit. Not tight like they were just before they went up to the top of the wardrobe. Anddddddd, I am a notch shorter on the belt too!

Well done to both of you.
My clothes are also fitting better. I am also wearing smaller sized clothes.

Awesome work to everyone binning old clothes :T:T I wear dresses 99% of the time (I have one pair of jeans) so never really get the joy of throwing things out that are too big :( Although I do love dresses, people never think I'm as big as I am because I'm typically a pear shape so wear things that are nicely fitted on the arms/bust then skirt the frick out to cover my stomach/bum :p

There are some fancy scales at work, and some of the women in the office decided to try them so I joined in. Was nice to see everything broken down! I have the same % of muscle as runners and people who work out a lot, and was surprisingly unbothered by people seeing my weight although I didn't look myself.

Right guys, a big apology from me. I'm sorry we've had no chart, medals, or pictures of dogs for 2 weeks now. I'm completely swamped. NIMs new job has taken about 70+ hours the last two weeks, so he's barely here and when he is here he's asleep. This leaves me with taking the kids to every club, activitiy, day out on my own, all the housework, design work for dad and I's Etsy shop, preparing to do the training for the new yoga job, 5 hospital appointments for the kids this week, trying to make money to balance our currently woeful budgets, and getting the house shipshape to get it valued. I'm struggling big time, and it's really getting to me. Is there anyone who feels they could take on the weekly chart for a while? I can email over the excel sheet, so you don't need to build a new one. All you need to do is go through the thread each week and drop the numbers in, then screenshot it and post to photobucket or similar, then link on here. With the number of current participants it takes around 30 minutes a week, but that's 30 minutes more than I have right now. I desperately don't want this challenge to die because of me, and I would love to get my mojo back to get into it, but at the moment I just feel I've let you all down so much that' I'm sabotaging myself a fair bit. Thanks for reading my ramble - second draft, stupid timeout error thingy.

Ok have sent - let me know if you don't get it as I sent it off my phone. Please don't feel that you've let anyone here down, you have a lot going on and your family has to come first (and that includes you too not just the others) x

I've had an extremely food orientated weekend so doing the chart might hold me to account a bit. Was looking forward to reigning it in this week but have just remembered it is pancake day tomorrow which is my absolute favourite of all days! There are some slimming world friendly recipes kicking around but I just don't know if I can compromise where pancakes are concerned?
