Happy Birthday Tete! You should have just stayed off another day! ;)

I Just Danced last night and my hip clicked during an over-enthusiastic jump... I wonder how many Kinect-related injuries end up in hospital?! :p

  • Ha ha ha in your face size 22's

The size 16 pre baby (now aged 2) trousers are out of the loft and while they may be described as snug I have a pair currently on my backside and done up without too much difficulty

Size 22's now ceremoniously dumped in the bin

Been a naughty person and eaten all the wrong foods - went to a conference at a hotel and had many things to tempt me. Started off well but after spending ages getting the internet to work before my presentation slot had a cookie and then it went downhill from there.

Late weighing in as been away and will be for next few weeks. Disastrous eating at the mo as difficult to avoid carbs at work without planning. Am now 4lb heavier than I was when I signed upto the thread a few weeks ago. Dusted myself off and determined effort starts today.

I'm planning a naughty day today too, it's my Pops' birthday so am out for a meal tonight and have cake for after. I made the cake so it would be rude not to - also this means I inhaled lots of leftover buttercream icing last night, ooops! I'm really pleased with his cake, can't wait for him to see it! Mainly so I can show it off on Instagram afterwards :rotfl:

So I went to the gym and worked my butt off last night. Came home, spoke to OH and then couldn't sleep for a while. The next thing, I found myself wolfing down some chocolates he got me earlier. *covers face*

  • That is hubby sabotage - not fair

Having an angel/ devil decision. Going out for a valentines meal with the hubby tonight and son staying at grandparent

Do I be angelic in good choices or just go !!!!!! it and have a chocolate fondant and copious amounts of wine?
