    Thats me at 261 lbs (18stone 9lbs)!
    Jodles :D

So almost two pounds but was spot on 18stone 8lbs this morning...grr! Ah well its all in the right direction!

1lb off this week, Im now at 260lbs exactly!

Im doing this for so many reasons, but trying to not overthink it as I have been notorious as a yoyer! This time I'm taking it a day at a time and trying to not make it a be all and end all which leads to binge eating (serious binge eating, not just a little). Haven't binged since probably November last year which has been a huge accomplishment for me!

  • Hello losers, sorry I forgot to weigh in this morning, I've been off work poorly for the last two days - will try to remember to do it in the morning although half marathon last Sunday plus nasty cold and total bed rest during the week plus imminent TOTM ... No idea where that leaves me weight-wise!

Great idea to remind ourselves why we're doing this, for me it's because I've put all this weight on since starting teaching; I intend to quit teaching in July and I want to leave the profession on the same shape I started it, I don't want for its effects to linger, iyswim! Of course, the reason my weightloss has stalled a bit is because work has been getting stressful and I've been turning to food again - viscious circle!!

  • Haras, we share a first name :)

Well done to those who have lost this week

I had a gain of 1lb, over 2 weeks though so put me down for +0.5lb this week - God knows how but onwards and upwards!

    Reasons for doing this:
    - I was diagnosed with one of the breast & ovarian cancer genes last year. Being at a healthy weight can only help keep cancer away.
    - I want to be less self conscience in a bikini etc
    - Maybe I'll be less rubbish at running if I weigh less...I hope!

  • Well done to all the losers!!

1.6 loss this week. 1st January I was 153.4 and I'm now 146.8 :D I don't have the healthiest week planned but I'll try and have two 5.2 days at least.

Love all the reasons for losing weight. Mine is basically to try and fit back into the 2 thirds of my wardrobe I can't currently wear i.e. basically anything that's not stretchy!

Thank you Dinah93 for the spreadsheet. I am also a spreadsheet geek and happy to help out.
  • Aaargh - just lost long post!! Will update properly again tomorrow but lost the will now, just wanted to put STS this week, 176lb....

Missed yesterday but today I'm 194.2. So a gain of 1lb, probably all down to the two days of works canteen food instead of brought in soup. Must make sure that doesn't happen again, bad bad bad!
