1.2lb off this week, taking me down to 162.2lb
That's 12.2lb off in the 28.5 weeks of the year so far - an average of 0.42lb/week (creeping back up to the 0.5lb I like to lose in a week)Cheryl0 -
Just weighing in with 11st 3lb so that is a 2lb loss for last week. I have had a bad cold though so my weight loss has been helped by a poor appetite but also did not do much exercise so probably balance it out. I am happy with 2 lb loss anyway and getting closer to my end goal of 10 st. Just 17 lb to go!! Mind you we have a wedding to go to this Saturday and I am away in London next week with lots of socialising so do not hold out much hope for losing weight then.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Long while since I checked in.
Since 20/7 I held pretty steady until 3rd Sept (when I weighed in at 162.0lb, which was only 0.2lb down).
On 9th Sept I weighed in at 160.8lb (loss of 1.2lb)
Today I weighed in at 159.4lb (loss of 1.4lb)
Seems the trick to losing weight is to get a job 4 miles from home with no workable bus route while having no access to a car. Means cycle or walk (3 or 4 shifts a week), and then shifts of between 4 and 7 hours which are totally spent on foot moving around
I'm now exactly 15lb down since 1st Jan. I'd have liked to have been 18.5lb down (39 weeks at 0.5lb/week), but it shouldn't take me much longer to catch up the way the last couple of weeks has gone :TCheryl0 -
