My I join please. This is the first time I have posted anything, so hope this works.
I have been to all the main slimming clubs, lose and then put it all back on with stress eating. My starting weight is (yes I will tell you all it may shame me) 14st. 10lbs. Fingers crossed this gets to you all.

I weighed this morning (Saturday seems to be weigh day for me) and although the scales flickered at the 5lb mark, it did eventually stop at the 6lb mark so I stayed the same this week. Shame really as I have been trying. Hopefully it's just about to drop to the 5 so if I stay good next week then it should drop. I hope xGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000

No posts since Saturday?!
Sorry I've been MIA these last couple weeks! I've been on new medication which has weight gain as a side effect so I've been chugging away but just STS. Which I suppose is better than a gain! Hoping next week when my system is used to it I might get a little loss
My aim was to be 150 by the end of the month but that obviously isn't happening :rotfl: 0 -
Hello everyone, I am so excited that I am a member of this site. My weight is still the same as when I posted the other day. So this is the week I think twice before any food goes into my mouth.0

Ooh I've been rubbish this week. Can't stop eating and I'm still hungry. Hoping it's just monthly hormones and I'll be back to normal soon. I will try to weigh tomorrow as I'm dropping DD to my mum's house while I go to work for a bit, but Saturday seems to be my normal day for weighing so I might not.

Trying to prepare myself for putting on weight this week
