Congrats to all the losers and to the gainers such as myself for sticking with it! But the biggest congratulations go to Caeraugirl who is our loser of the week :T
Cinny have you tried the Bach Remedy kit yet? Where was it from? This sounds like something I need in my life! Also exciting news on your OHs job! Has he got something else lined up?
I dragged myself to the gym on Saturday and am still limping today - even though I really didn't do that much! I really want a good loss this week - I seem to be completely stuck at the moment.Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -

I've tried everything to lose weight and found the only thing that does it is good old fashioned healthy eating and exercise!lol Am trying to find the cheapest way of losing weight.I.e. not spending ANYTHING extra, and hopefully make a lifestyle change. I have at least 3stone to lose, and will weigh in the morning and report back - Best of luck to you all :-) xx
Hi Skintandscared and welcome! If you let me know your starting weight (either post it up or pm me) I will gladly add you to the chart. Healthy eating, cooking from scrath etc can definitely be lots cheaper, the kay is planning I think so you only buy wat you need and don;t get carried away buying too much and having to throw lots out. My DH is a picky eater so any veg I buy I basically have to eat myself, I struggle getting a balance between getting a variety and not overbuying. I do buy some frozen stuff but shop at Aldi where there isn't a huge selection. I try to make and freeze soup with anything left when I'm organised enough.Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -
I am not feeling good about weigh in tomorrow even though I've had a reasonably good week. Does anyone else weigh themselves throughout the week? I think next week I'm going to try not to as it winds me up - plus if it's going well I throw caution to the wind and eat too much for the rest of the week!
Good luck everyone tomorrow!Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -
Well the chart shouldn't take long this week!
I lost 1lb which I was ok with but not ecstatic. Maybe its time to bring the challenge to a close?
