    Morning Losers!

Weighed myself this morning as it's 30 days since I started watching my calories, making a bigger effort to exercise and trying to find a more balanced approach. Happy to say that in the last 30 days I've lost 13lb exactly :j In that time I've had 8 takeaways/meals out (went through my diary and counted!) several easter eggs, a whole tub of chocolate caramels and 4 cupcakes. Feel happy as it's proof that a couple treats, or even (in my case) 1/4 of your evening meals being completely unhealthy isn't the end of the world.

Will still weigh in tomorrow with an official weekly weight :)

Star - I totally get that feeling :( Wasn't until I went back on MFP I figured out I'd put 25lb+ on over the last half of 2014!! I knew I felt a little bigger but not that bigger! I'm sure you'll be zipping that wedding dress up in no time once you get focused :) When is your anniversary? I don't know how much you want to lose, but if there's a handful of months before the date you might still have time!

That's an awesome lost, CW :) And it's good you're getting breakfast! I never eat breakfast and I know it's bad :o Don't forget we're all here for support if you need it :D

Sorry Mav. Lets keep plodding at least. It saves going more off the rails I think.

Sorry have been awol for a couple of weeks - have been a bit off the rails again but back on it for past couple of days. I'm getting in the queue behind Mavvymoo for a good slapping lol!

So, am now 12st 10lb/178lb, a pound heavier than last official weigh in but 3lb lighter than the last time I braved the scales, so that's something, at least...

Can you put me down as a 1lb gain for the week please, Shrimpy, now 4lb down from starting weight of 13st / 182lb.

Hope that makes sense - just don't want to restart again as will never get momentum! At least you know what went wrong Mav, that's half the battle. And well done on loss HH.

#sneaking back in nervously and sitting at the back trying not to be noticed#

I have fallen off the wagon since Easter and just not been able to get back into it again. Weighing in this morning at 208 so is a gain from me of I think 3lb over the last 2 weeks but shrimpy can confirm

I have kept up the exercise as otherwise that would be much much worse but I have still put on 4lb since my previous lowest.

This week I will lose that 4lb to get me back on track from the post Easter melt down.

I know exactly what I am doing wrong... Eating crap. So annoyed at myself as have done to well for 5 months and then sabotaged myself. Grrr

After going AWOL last week as I had STS again even after a really good week I almost gave up, hubby fed me take away Wed night and then I got back on it! That's a first, and I am proud of him for supporting me and me for not going on a spiral.

Proud to say that this weeks hard work has been rewarded with finally getting into the 17's!!

I have lost 1lb weighing in at 17st 13lbs, 251lbs! Can't remember the last time I was in the 17's.

0.2lb off this week. Pathetic really but I'm a massive ball of snot and vicks so maybe when all that goes there'll be some more loss under there.
