3lb off for me! Or 2lb.. can't remember if my weight last Wednesday was 169 or 168
But I'm 166lb now!
Did all of my little goals yesterday too. But only did 20 minutes on the stationary bike watching tv, was so tired after walking Ryder over fields for hours in the sun that I really couldn't be bothered :rotfl:
Good luck to everyone else weighing in0 -
1.8lb off this week which has me across my first stone lineDebt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
Debt September 20th 2022 £2991.68- 96.92% paid off0 -
First stone for me too Dinah!
Now 165lbs , no idea where I was last time as that was weeks ago so it's probably only been like 1lb loss a week, don't think I've been eating particularly well but did give up diet coke for lent so don't know if that helped. Back guzzling it like crazy now though sadly.
Well done everyone

Congratulations Cinny, you are our winner this week! :T
And we finally lost our adult Maltese Dog this week! (albeit a slightly underweight one...) :T:T
Plan for this week is lots of fruit and veg and loads of water, I seem to have lost my exercise mojo so will try to make it to the gym at least once.
