Thanks for putting me as a sts! Im seriously worried about weighing tomorrow, twigged on Sunday that I am self saboutaging and hadnt realised, trying to temp hubby to eat out and buy naughtyness etc (naughty food!), so when I realised stopped us from getting a take away! Have still been calorie counting but allowing myself to slip over allowed cals too often...Hoping I can get back on it and not slide into putting it all back on..

Lost 1 of the 2lb's I gained last week so down to 205

Have lost 31lb since starting this challenge and 44lb since November so can't kick myself too hard. I know my problems is I am addicted to sugar. I will never be able to have chocolate in the house and go I don't really fancy it. If it is here I will eat it.

Going back to using my fitness pal as fell off the wagon when I stopped using it religiously (probably on the basis of if I don't record it it didn't happen)

    Hey Everyone!

I weighed on Friday @ 169lb but honestly can't remember my last logged weight. Don't suppose it's anywhere on the spreadsheet, Shrimpy? Still, put me on the spreadsheet for next week please!! Highest weight was 178lb but I'm fine starting as if 169lb is my start weight :)

I've managed to stop snacking completely at work by challenging myself to drink a large glass of water every hour. Don't know if that would be useful to anyone?! Plus this way I'm ready to walk Ryder/exercise properly after work without needing to constantly chug water.

Also started a rule of no food after 7pm, no water after 8:30pm (obvious reasons) which I'm finding is helping a lot as I'm a terrible evening snacker given the chance. Still having those chocolate rice thins someone (I think maybe Shrimpy?) mentioned on here a while back when I want something chocolatey. Although I've been trying my best to buy organic dark chocolate ones over the beautiful Asda ones that taste like popcorn covered in dairy milk :( Taken my taste buds a while to get used to dark chocolate again and to stop referring to the taste as "burnt dreams"

Dinah, I don't know if you can get it on your phone or not but it sounds like the Seven app might be ideal for you? It's like a really condensed version of the 30DS and it's freeeeee. You just rep through (lets see if I can remember!) jumping jacks, wall sits, push ups, crunches, step ups, plank, squats, triceps dips, lunges, high knees, push ups with rotation (although, I switch this for pike crunches bc Jillian) and finally.. side planks! You do 30 seconds of each with a 10 second breather in the middle. But you can pause the circuit when you need to, and you get little "awards" for doing so many days in a row, or completing a circuit at certain times of day. I'm doing the 7 Seven challenge, which is working out every day for 7 months. Roll on November!

Just checked the spreadsheet Cinny and you were 169 at the last recorded weight I have for you, so I'll just slot you right back in :) I drink loads of water throughout the day already as well as tea, herbal tea, hot chocolate etc... I actually think its rare for ten minutes to pass without something going in my mouth (I am referring to food and drink only here). I think as long as I focus on healthy snacking, that'll do for now. I don't usually eat until half 7/8pm anyway and have managed to stop snacking while I'm cooking tea (more or less). I have so many different types of rice cake in my pantry right now, its kinda embarrassing, but I really want some dark chocolate ones now too :o

Weighing in with a 2lb loss today and feeling back on the wagon and full of motivation - I'm sure its the sunshine! I just want to go outside and run around instead of being chained to my desk!

HH - no slaps from me. The fact that you still came on and posted is great. Has it just been one of those weeks where everything went to pot? I read somewhere recently to think of a week as 21 meals instead of 7 days (that sounds a bit obsessive put like that but bear with me). If you have naughty meal or know you are going out, see it as 1 out of 21 rather than 1 of 7 days 'blown', that way you are theoretically less likely to think 'stuff it' and blow the whole week!

Reading that it sounds a bit naff so I clearly haven't explained it very well, sorry!
