A fully deserved 2lb gain.
Very much enjoyed my Easter break but am on day 2 of a 7 day clean eating week to compensate so should have a good loss next week to get back on track.
First time I have gained since the challenge started so not too disheartened - plus I did eat a lot of lovely chocolateI am a Mortgage Adviser

Also reporting in with a gain! 2.25 on for me which follows a gain last week, meaning I have managed to put on 3.5lbs in two weeks
I feel terrible for it as well although I know its not a major amount, I feel really bloated and have a weird salty taste in my mouth all the time - maybe that is psychological though!
I did enjoy myself over Easter so I am not going to beat myself up too much, but really need to get back on it now and draw a line. I will try to post on here more during the week to keep my focus I think - even if I end up talking to myself! I have a hen party on Saturday which definitely won't help matters but we are all taking food for a buffet so I will at least be able to take some good stuff - my friend is doing Slimming World too so we can buddy up!
My plan for this week is:
1. Fill in MFP every day
2. Make it to the gym/pool at least twice
3. Drink at least two litres of water a day

Sorry guys I completely forgot to post last week. I weighed in this morning and it is a 4lbs gain!!! I have started up a new exercise regime and upping my food intake is taking its toll. It should even out next week though. I hope! That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

I'm skipping weigh in this week as though have balanced out eating for a maintain I'm too scared to get on the scales as eating naughty means I am constipated and bloated!! Hoped it would be better by today but feel massive!! Sorry if too much information!

Hi, I'm totally out of practice with weighing in - I'm sorry! I'm sure I lost a pound at some point and forgot to report, but that was weeks ago and I've not been near the scales since. Will try get to Boots at the weekend if I can and get back on track.
I had Easter Sunday and Monday off the no sweet stuff wagon, amazing how 1 Easter egg kick starts the sugar cravings. Also super keen to exercise but I've knackered my knee jumping around like a child on broomsticks at Alnwick castle pretending to be Harry Potter... hope it heels quickly.
Well done to all the loosers and I'm sure we'll all get back on track now Easter is over

Archers - that is my kind of exercise!
I'll put the chart up tomorrow, hope that's ok with everyone, I've lost track of what day it is with the Bank Holiday! It really throws me off! The chart will be a bit of a sorry sight this week I think!
I dragged myself out of bed to go swimming this morning so one visit down. Food wise I've been behaving too so provided the weekend doesn't do too much damage I'm optimistic for next week!Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -
Sorry I haven't weighed in this week, I'm really not on it at the moment... I think I need a couple of weeks off to get my head in the game then I'll b back!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

I weighed ... but it told me I'd gained 6lb which seemed imense... then when I weighed at the end of the day, fully clothed, days worth of food in me, I'd only gained 1.4lb... so I'm going to call it a stay the same. I'm not quite sticking to me 1200 at the moment but I'm under 1500 so should still be losing just at a slower pace. I just seem to be very very hungry! I'm doing no less than 5 of those 30 day challenges, plus currently doing a 30 day yoga mela to up my practice as I'm hopefully starting teaching soon. Maybe all this activity is why I'm hungrier than usual....Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
