Congratulations cheexy, you are our winner this week with a great loss of 3.8lbs :T
And well done to everyone for no gains this week :T between us we have lost an adult maltese dog apparently :rotfl:
Does anyone have any exciting weekends plans? I think OH has some gardening lined up for us which will be exercise I guess but I loathe gardening! Hi Shrimpy
Sorry to mess your maltese dog about but my 5lb gain doesn't appear to be on there.
I'm catching up on admin which doesnt help weight loss!

Clearly I meant a small puppy  So sorry to forget you HH! You were on the chart but when I hid the non-posters I accidentally hid you too. Apparently I suck at this :rotfl: What's worrying is that most of my job involves numbers and spreadsheets!
Here is the updated chart!
I am doing something daring today and attempting to not snack randomly throughout the day - wish me luck! Had a food filled weekend so need to do some damage limitationBarclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -

Ooooo, excited for my first weigh in tomorrow!! I get two weigh in's a week now - Wednesday with you guys then Friday with my OH
OH and I are getting pretty competitive with each other now, we have a whiteboard in the spare room and have a little challenge to see who can bike a mile the quickest on our stationary bike (spoiler: it's not me) And a countdown to our next takeaway (9 days!) :rotfl:
Hope your no-snacks went to plan, ShrimpyI'm terrible with snacks so naturally put them off as long as possible. I never have breakfast because as soon as I start with food my stomach wants more. It's like it knows I'm awake and it's feasting time.
Sounds like you're on point with all the exercise too DinahMy friend is doing a yoga course to do her own classes and I've already signed up to be her first student! I kind of think I believe if I let her train me, I'll instantly have her hella lean physique?! Totally ignoring the fact she's also a biker and a runner and a walker who spends hours perfecting all these weird upsidedowny poses...
Goal for today is 15000 steps, 30 minutes on the crosstrainer and whatever tv I watch this evening will be from the discomfort of the exercise bike!0 -
Well done Cinny91. You can do it.£47605.33 outstanding in C.C (£8000 Interest free till January 2025)0
