Hi all, didn't get chance to post yesterday but did remember to weigh, 0.75lbs off, less than I wanted but better than a poke in the eye!

Hi Star! I saw you had PMd me but my phone won't let me read it for some reason and haven't managed to get in the thread on the laptop so sorry for not replying yet! Will sneak on at work this morning and get the chart up. Work is so so busy and I have a couple of days off next week so frantically trying to cram everything in! I do love it there though - it was my two year work anniversary yesterday and I got thoroughly spoiled with champagne and flowers!

Will have a proper catch up later today but well done everyone - onwards and downwards!

    Morning all.

No worries Shrimpy. Actually I'll just put it here. I've dug out my scales as I weigh at my parents house on a Sunday and as Wednesday is weigh day here then it'll cause problems for you. My scales only weighs in kg though. Is that okay? If so I've just weighed and I am 67.8kg I can convert that if you need me to?

    ETA 67.8kg is 149lbs :o

So much to catch up on!

Tete Hope you're hanging in there, the end is in sight (hopefully). i'm struggling to find the motivation to plan and prep as well tbh and have had a horrendous couple of days food wise post weigh in :o

Star and Doris Hello and welcome again :) i have added your info to the chart and put you both down with a 0 this week to start you off. Good luck! Star, you will be in that dress in no time!

Mavvymoo I have also been eating everything in sight this past two days. I blame hormones for everything. Stick with it. We'll give each other a slap as needed!

    HH great loss this week!

cw18 I'm not sure if you want to be on the chart or not but I've updated your weight with your overall loss but put you down as STS this week as I didn't have a figure - hope that is ok?

Haras I only make it a 1lb gain from last time so better than you thought, you'll have that off in no time! How do you keep motivated to exercise? I have weeks where I love it and can't wait to go then all of a sudden I can't bear the thought of it!

Jodles congats on getting into the 17s!

Dinah Hope you feel better soon, well done for losing even though you're poorly, I would definitely be self-medicting with chocolate in your shoes!

Cheexy congrats on another loss, I think you are one of our most consistent losers! You are obviously doing something right!

And last but not least Cinny - meant to comment on the other thread but haven't had chance, exciting wedding plans! Love the dress, very cute. And also big big congratulations on winning the challenge for the second week in a row :T:T

Thanks Shrimpy for the compliment. Just got back from the gym after about a month off. I really do hope I stay good this bank holiday cos that's usually when I eat like crazy.

    Congratulations Cinny!!! Well done :D

Ooooh, didn't see this before the BHW! Think someone else will be taking the top spot this week, I don't feel any difference in myself so far this week but the beautiful Lady F is due any day so I'm just hoping for a STS!

Had an awesome weekend though, will admit I was feeling a little down in the dumps so my steps were down and I was wanting to gravitate towards junky food. Did cave to one beautiful Hawaiian pizza on Friday night but I might have threatened to "give up living" if I didn't have one. It was totally worth it and I made sure I drank plenty of water alongside so I didn't let the salty-carb-ness take over with water retention. Damage control at it's finest :rotfl:

We did climb a mountain yesterday, however! Walked all the way up, circled around and did half the climb again (had to do this to get to the carpark, wasn't exactly voluntary) All three of us were tuckered out when we got home, poor Ryder didn't make a peep for the rest of the day!

Aaaand finally I've discovered an awesome pre-packed salad. It's Asda's tex-mex salad kit so it seems a little indulgent as it's packed with crumbled nachos, jalapenos and a leeeetle packet of spicy mayo. But it's delicious and filling, comes in at 194 calories :) Only £1.25 too so pretty decent for an office lunch! (went and bought 3 this morning for my next couple meals as it's actually addictive!)

Hope everyone had a good extended-weekend if you got yesterday off work!

Hi all, after a weekend away I've weighed in with an almighty 4lb gain! I think/hope some of it is due to the heat/travelling though, I was puffed up like the Michelin Man by the time we landed home on Monday and showed a 7lb gain yesterday morning! Yikes!! If no one objects, I'm going to weigh in again tomorrow before I do the chart and see what the damage looks like then? Maybe I am just kidding myself but I don't want a falsely high gain this week followed by a crazy loss next week messing up our lovely chart!
