That's an awesome lost, Caerau! :j:j STS for me over here! Hoping for a decent loss next week to counter balance
Yikes, travel does bonkers things Shrimpy! And it's totally fine by me if you weigh in tomorrow, make sure you drink plenty of water and peppermint tea and it should be back to normal?
Meal planned for the the two days, so I'm determined to behave! Also picked up a Bach Remedy kit for emotional eating, sampled one which is aimed for when you're about to binge eat (mah lyf!) and actually got through the evening without craving a thing! I did, however, manage to leave it at my Parents' house so won't get to start using it properly until tomorrow
Good luck to everyone0 -
Okay... I am owning up to a 1.2lb gain from my naughty bank holiday where no cookie, chicken nor chocolates was spared.£47605.33 outstanding in C.C (£8000 Interest free till January 2025)0

1.2lb isn't an awful lot, Cheexy! I bet it'll be gone in no time
And awesome loss too, Jodles :j:j
Bought some summer shorts this morning on my way home from voting (walked to the polling station over hopping in the car too ) and decided to get them in a Size 10 in thinking I'd slim into them, but I tried them on and they fit  Hoooowever, I also got a size 12 dress for a trip to York next month and it's a little belly snug :rotfl:
Confession in that we had a chinese for tea last night:o OH quit his job which warranted a celebration of the highest degree. But I have a whole week to atone so s'all good... kinda?! Think any gain from it will be water weight so I just need to check that today.

Thanks Cinny, I hope so *takes another bite out of a cookie* Today is gym day but I am torn because I want to get home from work early enough to vote and at the same time I don't want to miss my yoga class. Well done for walking to the polling station and congratulations to your OH for having the courage to quit his job. There is nothing quite like being in a job you love and enjoy. :T£47605.33 outstanding in C.C (£8000 Interest free till January 2025)0 -

Again, no internet, swapped from sky to EE but had to wait for hubby to set up the new router as I'm not a technical person! 0.2lb loss bringing me to 148.6lbs.... slow going. Want to get out to run more but I'm finding I'm doing around 6-8 hours lesson prep for my one class a week, it's insane! Hoping it will get a lot easier once I'm more in the swing of it.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hi guys. Sorry I haven't posted a weight yet. My scales have decided to play about and won't give me a decent reading (changes from I've lost nearly 3 stone to put on 2 the next time I step on it!) so going to weigh at my mums in the morning. Hope that's okay and doesn't mess up the spreadsheet?Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000

Hi, would it be ok to join? I've tried everything to lose weight and found the only thing that does it is good old fashioned healthy eating and exercise!lol Am trying to find the cheapest way of losing weight.I.e. not spending ANYTHING extra, and hopefully make a lifestyle change. I have at least 3stone to lose, and will weigh in the morning and report back - Best of luck to you all :-) xxCC #1 = £0/£200.
