Gosh darn it, forgot to weigh again!
I overslept this morning so there wasn't any thought of weighing myself, just 'how do I get out of here as quickly as possible?!'. Will weigh tomorrow. It'll probably be a gain as I'm a massive bloated thing and haven't been really watching what I eat, thank you TOTM!

Weighing in at 256lbs or 18stone 4lbs!
Another 1lb bites the dust!! Weighing in at 255lbs or 18stone 3lbs! Trying to remain positive but I have to say I'm feeling so aware of how fat I am and how heavy I am that its knocking my confidence at the moment, at least when I'm not focusing on my weight I can avoid the negative body thoughts... Ah well I'm now 16pounds lighter so that's what I will try to focus on.

Hey everyone!!
Awesome work on the lossesSorry I've been so MIA, got to say I've been through a weird month and a half. But I've come to the realisation that I'm chubby and I'm actually really happy with that. I have a clean bill of health from the Doctors (well.. physically
) and (not to have a little rant here) I'm just sick of making myself miserable over trying to attain certain ideals when I don't even think it would make me any happier?! It's been a long month of gaining self-confidence, being more outwardly positive and stopping "fat" being a negative word in my vocabulary, but it's oddly liberating! So I've decided to fully step out of the challenge
I'm still working on keeping myself active, but that's more because I enjoy it over it being forced. Plus I spent a butt-load on a fitbit
Will still check in to cheer you all on though! Everyone's doing a great job and it must be an amazing feeling getting closer to your goals each week
ETA: Also, sorry to hear about your Grandma Pix. Eat all the food you want! Sending lots of hugs your way xxx0 -
Hi all,
So my first week supposedly dieting I've been ill with a hot/cold bug thingy so have spent the week either soaked in sweat with no exercise required or freezing to death!
On the plus side however have shifted 5lbs so i'm at 168. I know its all due to the bug though and probably some will come back this next week.
I know i'm new to this board but truly sorry for your loss Pixtotts, best wishes and hugs.
Well done all.My life in numbers
