I have well and truly fallen off the dieting wagon over the last week :o havent done any exercise, keep snacking, eating the wrong things and have started picking at the kids left overs once they are finished.
And I feel rubbish for it!! I feel so bloated and horrible and thats just from a week. Need to give myself a serious talking to and get back on track tomorrow.

Anyone got anymore low calorie recipes that wont make me feel like I'm missing out?

In a slight moment of madness I have signed up for a sponsored walk in aid of our local hospice in June

How bad can a sponsored walk be?

    20 miles starting at midnight

    Will have to start training

Hi all, I did write a post on Wed with my STS but it seems to have vanished so not sure what I did there!

Huge congratulations to Dinah who is our winner this week :T

I have been struggling a bit this week, work has been manic, I have come out in some kind of crazy stress rash :( but am refocused and back on it this week. I ran my first full 5k today at the gym so am pleased with that :)

Haras - fab stuff signing up for the walk, 20 miles is a long way!

Hope everyone has had a great weekend!

Hi all, sorry I've been MIA. We had Ofsted a couple of weeks ago and the outcome was not great so we've been manic and it's just so stressful. I'm worried I'm going to fail my NQT year because of circumstances beyond my control so I've flagged this with my mentor and am now being 'supported' by SLT, which basically feels like they're breathing down my neck all the time and I have to put in loads of effort to improve, when all I want to do is grit my teeth and get through the next 14 weeks and leave :(

Anyway, I've failed at all my Lent resolutions except for the no crisps one, and have seriously been using Revels as my crutch once again :o I haven't weighed myself in about three weeks either, though I have been running a lot and keeping up the gym. I'll try to remember to hop on the scales on Weds and aim to get a handle on my eating habits over the Easter hols (five days and counting...)

Hope everyone else is doing OK, sorry to be such a Miserable Mindy!

Shrimpy has the total weight loss % bit been updated

Think I was 10.08% last week and should now be 11.34%

    Hi all

You're right sorry, I hadn't copied the formula down for the overall results. Rookie mistake! Hopefully this is better:

    Week%2011_zpssrtlwdtd.png

Tete sorry to hear you're having such a rubbish time :( You're only one person and can only do so much, it's *only* 14 weeks so like you say, grit your teeth and get through it, then you will hopefully have more time to focus on yourself. Don't give yourself a hard time on top of everything else x

Welcome headachesrus - if you post your weight loss each week I will add you to the chart. If you post or PM me your starting weight I will also add your % loss that week which is what we rank the chart on - no pressure if you don't want to though.
