STS for me
To be fair I've not made an effort, although I'm on the waiting list for an Hourglass class tomorrow, which should help. Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

It's another STS at 159.5lb for me
Though, in the last week I have weighed in at 4.5 lbs over that, thanks to my TOTM but back on track now.
And I did 1000 press ups in 10 gym sessions in January. I am quite proud, it doesn't feel like that long ago I couldn't do a single one. It's abs this month...
Ooh, what's an hourglass class Lulu?

Happy Weigh-Ins people!
Automatically went to get on the scales this morning, thankfully OH has moved them so they weren't thereFunny how quick it is to get into a routine!
Was organising my clothes for the weekend and noticed a lot of things I wore a little snuggly over Christmas fit a lot nicer nowAfter a week of not fretting I'm starting to feel a lot happier and less anxious over food and things. Winner!

No weigh in from me again this week..... the best part of a week with a heavy cold plus several unexpected bills frazzled my brain, and I totally forgot to get on the scalesCheryl0

Not made it to the chemist this week to weigh in so nothing for me. Well done to all the losers
Think my taste buds are adjusting from not eating sweet things, a pear cider and a hot chocolate tasted horribly sweet this week, weird!
