    Happy Monday everyone!

Hope everyone had a good weekend, especially the birthday girl Dinah! :)

We went out for a family lunch on Saturday (steak and lobster with wine! Yummy!) but yesterday we went out for a 2 hour walk and in the evening I finally got round to making the Hairy Dieters' Chicken and Ham Tangle Pie. Mmmm, sooo good! DH was most impressed! :)

  • Belated Happy Birthday Dinah.

I've been away for the weekend and undone all the good work! Ah well onwards and upwards. Back to it today.

  • Sunday was a disaster (bloomin chocolate cake) but back on the wagon today. I am having chicken stirfry for tea while my husband and son are having spaghetti bolognaise. It will be worth it, it will be worth it, it will be worth it

Another naughty weekend but it was mum's birthday, that's my excuse anyway.

A better weight loss when I weighed in on Friday. Not as impressive as Hubby who lost 3.25lbs last week, he was well chuffed!
  • Hello all and welcome to the newbie(s?)! I was feeling a little bit down about my progress (esp after watching myself in the window reflection on the dreadmill! Chubchubchub!) but as it's a new month I thought I'd better take my measurements and I'm pleased to see I've lost 9" over six points on my body - 2.5 off my bust infuriatingly! But hey ho it's all in the right direction and at least I know that even if the weight is coming off slowly, the exercise must be paying off.

I'm really struggling at the mo food-wise though as work is just horrendous and I just want to drown myself in chocolate at the end of the day :o And I cba to make anything nutritious for my packed lunch so keep ending up with peanut butter sandwiches etc

    Morning all

I've had a very bad week food wise as it was my birthday last Wednesday and seem to have had treats and takeaways and meals out ever since. Yesterday was a fasting day and today will be too but know I'll be heavier tomorrow than last week so I'm dreading the scales :(

Need to get on track in February, want to be 9st something by the end of the month so if I weighed the same as last week, I'd need to lose 7lbs.

Anybody spotted any offers on the Fitbit charge recently?

FMESS I could have typed this post! I've had a terrible week food wise, though it wasn't my birthday!
I also want to be 9 stone something by the end of Feb (it's my 30th on the 26th ) and I would need to lose 7lbs, well so long as I haven't gained anything when I weigh in tomorrow! So probably need to make that 8lb then... :o
