£ashcow that sounds like a truly awful thing to have to face. Big hugs.
Posting again with all details as requested!
on 15/04/2013 I was 281lb. Did lower carb and lost 3st 9lb over a year. Have been yo yoing between 2 and 3 stone lost for the past 6 months then post ChristmasI gained so at 1.5 stone so need to get back on track.
Last week I weighed 259lb and this weigh in 254lb. so 5lb loss.
Bigger loss as just starting off again and lots to loose.
Lower carb generally suits me very well. Love not being hungry.

I had that today too, I even replaced the scale batteries as it didn't seem possible.
The exact same thing always happens to me too. It's like your body knows that you weigh in on one day and it decides to hold on to everything just that little bit longer.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
