Morning all - blimey HH that's an amazing loss, what's your secret??
Reporting in with a LOSS OF 2lb, TOTAL LOSS NOW IS 6.5lb, CURRENT WEIGHT 163.5lb.
Hope that's big and bold enough as I'm on my phone.
Really pleased and surprised by that, was expecting a gain tbh as I'm so anxious/depressed about work that I've frankly eaten sht since last Wed and haven't tracked much. This should be the lift I need to spur me on but I've got Nutella sandwiches for dinner today as I didn't have the energy to make anything healthy
Nice to be in the single figures of the 11s tho if that makes sense (11st 9.5) - next goal, get under 11 and a half!
Good luck everyone else with your weigh ins! XWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Its an STS this week:o Probably due to being ill last week and relatively inactive..............actually scales saying a loss of 0.2lbs but I only work in wholes and halves so record me as STS thanks !
Good luck everyone!Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Morning all! Looking forward to seeing everyone's losses when I log back in later
Weighed in this morning and I've gone from 147.4lb to 146.4lb so a loss of 1lb! Total loss in now 2.4lb for the challenge, would have been better if I didn't have my blip at the start, nevermind.
I think I'm going to be the 1lb loss queen this challenge, I don't seem to lose much more than this at a time. Still, it's a loss so I shan't complain :rotfl:0 -
Lost 1.5lbs
Now weigh 12 stone 12 lbs or 180lbs.
Total weight loss 9lbs.
Nearly dropped a clothes size or I could say that my clothes are fitting me better!!!! Can now take my first reward - manicure ( going to wait as I have just broken a nail!)
Wow! Can see some amazing weight losses on here. Well done everyone.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

loss of 3lb going from 227 down to 224
Seeing as on Saturday we went for a family night out and part of that was at a pizza restaurant I have been on some serious damage control since then so quite pleased with the result. Not planning another naughty day until my birthday party on the 7th feb so going to try and lose 7lb before thenI am a Mortgage Adviser

I have been avoiding this thread for the last fortnight. The diet went totally out of the window, and then I was ill. I have eaten loads of rubbish. Skived Weight Watchers last week. Didn't really want to go last night as I knew it would be a gain, and expected it to be a significant one.
Got on the scales, and nearly died of shock. I am reporting in with a STS, and 21lb total loss :TZebras rock0 -
Morning! Well done on the losses! I have STS (still 166.5). I don't really deserve to have lost anything so I'm not surprised.
My Jillian DVDs have finally arrived (super saver delivery + post office holding them hostage = a delay!) so I will do one tonight.
I'm really thinking about going back to low carb, the only things putting me off are cost and effort required! Pretty big issues though! Need to speak to DH and see how he feels about our food bill going up!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. I forgot to weigh in
. Sorry. Will do it tomorrow morning.

Wow, well done girls and guys - fab results all round!
I'm sorry not to be adding to the grand total this week, it's a STS for me. My weight loss is always so slow. Bloody efficient body storing all that energy!
I might go back to 5:2 next week. I've done it before averaging 1lb loss a week (see, slow!) but it makes me feel more in control and definitely helps with IBS and bloating.
I'm quite envious of those of you who are near your target already - those final few pounds can be tough little blighters so keep going! :beer:LBM Sep 2008 debt: £27,927.04start weight: 140.2, week 2: 1380 -
