Seemed to have lost focus a bit, very bad weekend food wise must stop buying rubbish...if it's not bought I won't eat it.

Anyway 1.5lb gain :( but I think I have finally had my weight loss LBM! Current weight 186.75lb.

On a more positive note I managed a 7.5 mile run tonight, it looked quite a slow run but I had to check the map a couple of times and get lost once, felt pretty good all in all. Definitely need to up the exercise, love it when I've done it

    Hi
Another 0.5 lbs for me, so 221 lbs and a 8 lbs loss for January would have liked to have lost a little more but I guess I'm moving in the right direction.
I've had a bad week generally due to my gorgeous dog Harvey being unexpectedly diagnosed with cancer on Wednesday afternoon and put to sleep on Saturday, as you can imagine I feel total lost without him but had to do the kindest thing for him.

Stay the same for me...so disappointed! Have calorie counted and exercised which I had hoped cancelled out some of the eating this weekend, which on MFP it did so I have no idea why I have STS...Boo!

Sorry to hear about the loss of your dog. You did do the right thing. You wouldn't want Harvey to suffer.
I remember when I had to put my dog Roo to sleep, he was 15 and had cancer, we had him on steroids for a while but three days after my step father died ( also of cancer) his health went downhill and we had to think what was best for him and put him to sleep. We had Roo cremated and his ashes were placed inside my step father's coffin. I think of them both, In heaven, sitting outside a country pub on a warm summers day, my step father with a pint in his hand and Roo by his side with his head on his lap.
Hope It won't be long before you able to think back to the good times with Harvey.

  • Still rubbish at checking in, despite stress levels reducing somewhat since the weekend after interviews done.

Have gained 1lb this week, now back up to 174lb, so need to get back on track - have no excuses, thinking of starting 5:2. Sorry to hear about the loss of your dog £ashcow, hugs to you and anyone else who needs them.

Some brilliant progress on this thread, well done to all the losers, STS'ers and even the gainers, we're still here and we're still trying!

Just a 1lb loss for me this week. Quite pleased with that though considering its TOTM :o

That takes me down to 148 lb.

Just 0.5lb lost this week, down from 132 to 131.5

Was pretty good this week, initially thought it might be as I only made it to the gym once but then remembered I have had three dates with Jillian this week to compensate for it! Going to chalk it up to hormones and hope it will be a bigger number next week.

Congrats to all our Losers as always! :-)
