Feeling rotten here too, sore throat, headache. Also eating rubbish as I have no energy to cook.
But I went out for 2 runs this week at least after I had to miss last week's ones due to little Kavics being at home all week with flu. Not looking forward to tomorrow.0 -

Just weighed in at 173.2 and reporting a loss of 1.2 pounds from last week (174.4) and an overall weight loss of 4.5 pounds from an initial starting weight of 177.7:D. Not bad£47605.33 outstanding in C.C (£8000 Interest free till January 2025)0

I am 10.4 so a loss of 1lb for me this week not great but these last few lbs are going to be a struggle me thinks
