So I just did Jillian's Yoga Meltdown for the first time... It hurts! Also the central heating is on full blast so it turned into some kind of hot yoga... Will definitely give it another go I think. When I've recovered.
Treated myself to some last minute sales bargains today as a reward, could really tell the difference trying stuff on too even though I've only lost 7lbs so far so feeling(plus only spent £31 and got three tops, two dresses and some undies so bargainatious)
On a more MSE note, there is a free NHS BMI tracker app you can download, I know BMIs aren't everyone's cup of tea but it also has a weight tracker with a nifty graph which the geek in me enjoys. Thought I'd mention it! I sts this week, did I post that? I think I did.apple_muncher wrote: »I had to re-read the bit about the average 3 year old weighing 40lb, as that is what dd weighs. And she's now 7!!
It's reassuring that Grace isn't the only titch around! She's not particularly short, just a bit lanky. I was too though until puberty.Hopelessly_Hopeful wrote: »Will weight in on Sundays or Mondays. Really struggled to get to the 1000 calorie minimum myfitnesspal needs for you to complete an entry the last few days, I've taken to lying to it and pretending I've had some extra toast or chocolate to get it to complete a days entry. Should manage it tomorrow though as going to a bring and share lunch after a Christening. I'm just someone who goes off food when stressed or emotional, don't see the point in it.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hope you get your appetite back soon, Dinah
I sometimes wish I was like that when I got stressed, but I'm the opposite and find comfort in fast and easy food! (also, considering I'm stressed/anxious most days I'd be HELLA SKINNY)
Good going with the yoga, ShrimpyI used to love the Jillian yoga I just don't have the space to do it now, hoping keeping my heart pumping with extra walks will do the trick.
Had a sneaky look on the scales this morning for some "mid-week" motivation
My Sister went home today so I'm kind of sad, trying to keep busy with housework and making sure we have good meals for our dinner! I've done really well these last few days with not having many sweet things, but I do have some emergency ice cream in case of extreme sadness0 -

Hi all
Loving this thread and the thought of the Wednesday weigh in keeps me on track most of the time. Friday and Saturday were over eating days but today and tomorrow are fasting days so hoping that'll still mean I lose weight. Went to the gym this morning and managed my first decent workout of the year, spent over an hour on the treadmill doing jogging and running so apparently that's 460 calories burnedLBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Hi folks,
Just got back from a lovely night away at Lyme Regis to celebrate the OH's birthday. Well, it was her birthday on Friday, we had Chinese. I only had rice and sweet and sour such though, and only ate half the rice. Did indulge yesterday though. A whole delicious marguerita pizza and half a garlic bread. Couple of pints too!
However, we did loads of walking. Walked all around the Cobb and up the hill twice. According to my flex we walked four and a half miles so I don't feel as bad.
Not been on the exercise bike really this week, but have done lots of walking. Wednesday morning will see the results of that.
Have just bought some proper walking shoes. I've walked eleven and a half miles in the last three days and the soles of my feet are sore. The plan is that we are going to be doing more walks on our weekends so these were a need.Feb NST #4

Hubby and I did a free Guided London walk. They take place 3 times a year - end of January, May and September. We walked from Hendon to Highgate. Including getting there walked 7+ miles. Called 'Walk London'2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Weighed myself yesterday but will declare on Wednesday. Feel kind of a cheat in that I'm pretty much eating what I want but am losing weight probably because a big chunk of my calories were the biscuits, chocolate etc I've given up. Going to get back to the gym tomorrow, the pain will be hellish after months off!
Walking is such good exercise. OH and I were reminiscing today about when we effortlessly lost 1.5 stone in 3 months while backpacking despite existing on carbs and coke, think it was due to walking miles each day with a heavy bag.

I wouldn't feel like a cheat if I were in your shoes, Archers! I couldn't give up all the things you did
I'm the opposite - given up lots of things I like eating for my main meals so I can still eat the sweet stuff I like
Agree on walking being good exercise! I mostly like it because it doesn't feel like exercise?! Even when you're red faced and out of breath. I think it's how I kept my weight off from before, until Ryder started being funny on walks (pulling to come back early, not wanting to go out at all etc) that I started piling it back on. No way am I going walking without my dog, he's the one thing that makes me feel safe in the woods :rotfl:
Hope everyone was good over the weekend! Can't believe weigh-in is only 2 sleeps away again :eek:0 -
Morning all  Another weekend been and gone, where does the time go?! Not *too* bad food-wise (aka, could have been a lot worse, but hardly saintly!
). Was doing pretty well yesterday until I accidentally drank a bottle of wine!
Was so impressed with myself at lunchtime though, we went to Leeds and ate lunch in the Trinity Kitchen food court (which is brilliant!); DH had a massive, dirty, delicious burrito and I had noodles, which were lovely, but a little lame in comparison to the Burrito of Dreams!
Hope you get your appetite back Dinah, it's not good if you're not eating enough, you have to keep your strength up for your little people's sake.I never lose my appetite. I eat my way out of most situations! I'm one of the few people who get a sickness bug and don't lose any weight!
