Sorry, sorry ....... been busy and been eating. :(

My weight is 71.3kg well it was on the 6th January and today I weighed myself today on the same scales and I am just the same - 71.3kg.
I am glad I haven't added to my weight as I have been eating out lot more than I had planned.
Got to sort out my diet and get into the gym more often!

Can you give me that in lb please Stereochild, and a target weight / amount to loose?

Good morning. Well done to all those who have not gained any weight this week.
I have lost 1lb this week.
Happy with this as I went out for an Italian meal last night. Had seafood linguine with a mixed salad.

    Total lost : 7.5lbs
    New weight: 167.5lbs. 12 s 13.5lbs

Gem-gem I'm a bit confused on your weights, I have 3 weights from you before this one:
    189
    185.5
    182.5

Now we have a 167.5, can you clarify this weeks weight please?
    Good Morning All

Well done to all the losers :)

On the debt front I cleared a £59217 plus £5871 interest totalling £65085 via a DMP. Paid in full with no F&Fs over four years and three months.

In April 2013 I started on a lower carb diet and over a year lost 3st 9lb. Have yo yo'd about for the past for the past six months and have gained 2 stone back. Probably as I was debt free I relaxed in terms of takeaways and the dreaded booze tipple.

Still at 1st 8lb weight loss from where I was a 1 yr 9 months ago but want to get back on track so may I join you please?

    HHx

    Hi HH

Any chance of a starting weight, preferably in lb.

In fact, from now on can everyone please report their current weight and amount lost in lb. Having to calculate everything becomes rather time consuming.

I've done the chart now so will send to D for posting, missing a lot of weights today.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

  • Omg chicken parmo, I miss the north east!

Nothing to report here as not been near the scales. currently in the middle of nowhere on a work trip. Will declare next week and divide it in 2 l. Had two heavy drinking nights out so not very hopeful.

Well done on the losses everyone

Nim/Dinah - I have not weighed myself this week ( no scales) so no numbers from me for this week's chart.

Mmmm chicken parmo! I haven't had one of those for ages (tend to only get them when we've had a skinful, and we're too old for that nonsense now!). That will explain the gain though! :p

I really need to kick myself into shape. !!!!!!, why can't I just like salad and fruit and live off that happily?! I STS at the work weigh-in this morning and now feel like I'm letting my team down so I really want to lose some next week. :o

I've just ordered the Jillian 4 DVD collection, even if I can't do something every night, I'll should able to squeeze in 3 being-shouted-at-sessions a week. :o

I just googled chicken parmo and now I'm starving! My soup won't be quite the same for lunch.

Which DVDs did you get Birdie? I fell off the 30 day shred wagon this month after a promising start, but will give it another try I think. I fancy the yoga one so might treat myself at some point.

Have kept up the 30 day squat one though - Cinny I had a peek at my tomorrow which I think is your today (confusing) and it looks painful!

I ordered this set Shrimpy. I've only ever done 30DS (downloaded it originally but thought I'd better buy the DVD!) so looking forward (or am I?!) to trying her other programmes!

I think food may be playing too much on my mind. I was watching Chocolat last night and totally sympathised with Count Reynaud when he went mad and ate all of the chocolate in the shop window. I was thinking, 'Yep. Totally get that! Now, where's the choccie?!' :p

I blame parmos for me putting on most of the weight that I did while I was at uni. Ah the memories of a Monday night at the Dickens Inn then moving on to The Crown then stopping for a parmo before grabbing a taxi back to Thornaby.

Feeling a bit better today but that may be down to the pizza that OH ordered last night. He'd had a tough day preparing for a really important interview today (if he doesn't get it then he's out of a job basically) so didn't want to cook and I was flat out on the sofa trying to stop my heart hammering out of my chest.

Backon plan eating wise today though. Looking forward to my fish with sweet potato fries this evening. And when I say fries I mean strips of sweet potato baked in the oven.

Oooh Birdie that looks good! Six week six pack is tempting me! I am streaming 30DS too, I lent my DVD copy to a friend and never got it back so morally I feel it's ok to stream it now!

Glad you are feeling a bit better today Ruby, sounds like you are having a tough time. Do your sweet potato fires crisp up in the oven? I tried them once and they were ok but not great - any tips? I love sweet potato!

They don't really unless you cover them in oil so I just leave them until they brown a bit and then take them out. Sometime spraying them with a tiny bit of frylite can crisp them a bit more but it's just not the same as actually frying them.
